I’m looking at getting an IR lamp to use during my sessions, is anyone else doing this ? and if so can you offer any advice ?
I understand most people use a 150 watt bulb for normal heating but will that be enough to heat through the tube ?
Also can anyone recommend a good lamp that’s available in the UK ?

I started off using IR whilst in the tube, but prefer just to heat before, and during breaks.

I use a Medisana one, available from Amazon UK. I use it for warm up and during pumping and yes it keeps the water/tube warm. A distance of about 10-12” should suffice. Cover your balls with a cloth
