Hey guys, thanks for all the advice so far!

Try the 5 on 2 off and keep an eye on your PI’s. They will tell you if it’s a good plan for you or not.
It’s sometimes easy to set the tension quite high on the ADS, thinking that more tension means faster results! Maybe combining this with pumping isn’t a good idea, will ease up on the tension as you suggest, cheers! Will re-read the thread ‘Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!’ as well to brush up on this. Thanks firegoat!

Just my two cents.
It’s interesting you should say that… I pumped this morning and did have some fluid build up. By 2.00pm when I started my ADS session I noticed that there was still some residual fluid under the skin. I wondered how the ADS would affect this! In fact now that I’m thinking about it, after my ADS session there was fluid there which had become more prominent. So your ‘two cents’ is right on cue! Cheers!

If you’re doing a total of 35 minutes in vacuum a day now, make it 17 minutes in the morning and 17 minutes in the evening. Same with the jelqs; do 60 in the morning and 60 in the evening. Whether all this together with the ADS depends on you and your individual reaction to such a regimen; use your PIs and EQ to monitor how well this approach works for you.
An interesting thought …a split. I could consider that, but that’s made me think… how would that affect potential gains? i.e. the difference between a more intense workout done once in 24 hours, as opposed to a less intensive workout done twice in 24 hours ? I realize we’re all different and react differently, but I wonder which would have the more effective outcome?
