Is There Any Benefit To An Edema After Pumping?

Just wondering. :)

Does it aid in healing?

Good question.

Not that I’ve seen. I don’t think it impedes growth either.

I wondering since there is a bunch of fluid built up. Say we do it like once a week. It may help the healing process. Idk maybe I’m full of it, but recently I’ve felt better PI with it tremendously. Better erection quality too. I only do it once a week because I hang the rest of the week.

Any thoughts? :)

For context, This came up because my lady loves the effects lol, so I thought id see if there was any positives.

Hey as long as it’s not a negative PI, sounds like your lady liking it is a positive to me.

Yea exactly, I still get rock hard underneath my edema.
Great PI’s so far. I’m just not well educated on the process of an edema and if that in it self a negative thing to cause on a once a week basis.

Some edema can be a benefit for sex. Too much and you have a mushy stick that isn’t much fun for her. I dont think a little edema is negative for a pumping regime, but too much could mean it isnt effective for producing gains.

From my experience, edema is fine as long as you can still produce a good erection. I think it would only impede gains if there were negative PI’s that came with it. Most of my edema is gone after a couple hours or so. Partly because I wear a sleeve with a weight for some hours after a session usually. I’m not sure if it aids healing or not, but I could see it being possible.

Otherwise, it’s simply your body’s natural reaction to trauma, a protective device.

Clarifying my point on gains with edema:
If you are effectively pumping for gains, edema will begin to build towards the end of your session. You can continue to build edema by extending your time in the tube.

In my opinion, if edema begins to build quickly then your vacuum level is too high for gains and for an effective PE session the vac level should be reduced.

Re injury is probably easier.

You have the skin layer over the inner structure of the penis. The gap between them is open to the abdominal cavity at the base of the penis.

When you start pulling edema, you’re pulling lymph from the abdominal cavity into the gap. The vacuum that was pulling on the inner structure is now pulling lymph in, so the expansion of the inner structure drops. It takes time for the edema - lymph build-up - to happen, so the effectiveness of your pump drops over that time.

This seems like a really good explanation although I have very limited medical knowledge!

I have been playing around with my pumping routine recently and pumping to achieve some sort of consistent edema by the end of the session.

Are you saying this is bad / that it negatively affects potential gains?
