jelques with pumping

for a newbiw going by the pumping 101 or a version of it. If I want to combine jelquing with pumping, how many should I do and when.

As Gprent says: Pump, Jelk, Pump, Jelk, Pump, Jelk. You alternate the pump sets with the jelk sets.

As for the number: You being a newbie, start out slow and work up. Do maybe 25 jelk strokes. Next time try 30 if 25 felt good and no sign of damage. Soon you’ll be up in the hundreds. Do about 100 strokes after each short pump set. That should be plenty.
