Got a question for you experienced pumpers. Do you think that the reason some people see permanent gains from pumping and others don’t is that some don’t kegel while in the tube. I’ve noticed that most of the pumpers on this site have seen permanent gains, but most people in the non PE world don’t. Is this because they don’t konw about kegeling. I’ve noticed that if I’m doing kegels I always come out hard, but if I don’t then I go limp as soon as I let off the pressure. I just started pumping a couple weeks ago so this may be a dumb question, but some feed back would be great.

Some of us do Kegels while in the tube under vacuum. OK to do this if you have your muscle well-conditioned but under pressure the squeeze is a little more intense.

I doubt that pumping and Kegeling at the same time add to gains but who knows? A lot of us have got gains even though we didn’t Kegel under vacuum.

What do you other guys think?

I regularly do kegels while in the cylinder and feel that I get a better stretch in the tube when I do so under vacuum pressure.

Same here. I’ve noticed that if I do kegels in the tube that when I release the pressure and continue to kegel for 30 seconds to one minute, then re-pressurize to 5-6 Hg of vac that I stay hard almost the whole time and come out of the tube after 30-50 minutes well pumped and very plump.

I don’t have any permanent gains so far, but I’m keeping with it. I feel like since I’ve incorporated some hanging into my routine that I may actually be getting some growth but I refuse to measure until after Thanksgiving.

We’ll hang on for the Thanksgiving report. Hope it’s a positive one.

I kegeled my ass off while pumping a while back. I didn’t stick with it long enough to give it a true test. Gains for the month were 0 increase in girth and a slight loss of length (which came back after some hanging).

Kegeling in the tube - I mean almost constant, hard kegels the whole time - gave me excellent erections though, and that in itself is good enough reason to do it. I was popping wood at inopportune times like a teenager.

On a related note, how important do you guys think it is to stay fully erect during pumping sessions? Erect vs. only engorged from the vaccum. Or, edging in the tube.

Seems to me it should help because you have both internal pressure and external vacuum working together.

From my personal experience, I think it’s important to maintain as hard an erection as possible while pumping in the tube. I think this maximizes the benefits. At least it has and does for me.

To help the erect cause, I use a jacking off motion with the cylinder while pumping as erect as possible, then quickly reduce vacuum pressure, then repeat this pattern over and over again throughout my entire pumping session which is 30-60 minutes on average. This keeps fresh blood circulation going and helps to accelerate my girth and length expansion in the tube. This kind of routine has helped me to move permanently into my 2.5”diameter cylinder and being able to pack the first 3.5” at the base in 10-15 minutes.
