Low Pressure vs High Pressure Pumping

5x5x3 = 5 mins at 5 inHG 3 times? Is that just one set a day or 2?

Go to MOS matters of size for the 5 x 5 x 3 routine, I can’t explain it, it’s too indepth and the gents over there have perfected it with videos.

Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.25 NBPEL / 6.75 BPEL / 4.75 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring over ball & shaft) / Grower 4 FL - 4/2024 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.25 EG & Solid EQ)

I believe 5hg is the sweet spot, however, if you are very conditioned with pumping and you’ve been doing it a long time, I think you can gradually increase the hg to see better results.

In high pressure so far the best results gotten in my own case were at a range between 7 and 12hg. 2 sets lasting 5 minutes each. But I’ve conditioned myself over years and years of pumping.

inicial 1996: BPEL 15cm (Margin of error +/- 0.5cm) MSEG: 14.1 cm

inicio extender (sept2012): 15,5cm BPEL /14,1cm MSEG --- Hanging: inicio: Ago 21 2022 21.0cm --- Ultima medicion: Sept 1 2022: 21.6cm BPEL x 15,1cm MSEG

Meta: 28cm BPEL x 21cm MSEG -- si, quiero tenerla mas gorda que tu vieja. jaja

I also suffer from high HG a lot.. Better no more 5 hg.. Do you also have JELQs before or after the pump?

I was under the impression that low hg is better because too much pressure causes edema to build up which is detrimental towards actual gains.

[waggles hand] Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

You’ll always get edema, even at 1"Hg, if you give it long enough. So you decide what the minimum useful tension should be, and juggle your time in the tube to avoid edema.

In my case, I tried everything, up to 15-17 Hg for a few seconds. 10-12 for 2-3 minutes. 7 Hg for 5-7 minutes, and 5-6 Hg for 5 minutes.

My assessment is that the higher the pressure (7hg +) the more the risk/reward ratio is reversed.

Using 7/10 Hg I need to take 15 days of complete rest to restore the invisible damage.

My conclusion is that it is useless to go beyond 7hg. 5-6 Hg is ideal with a good vacccum. For the long term

As to low pressure vs high pressure pumping:

gprent - Soft when I exit pump

That advice and workout from gprent is GOLDEN.

It is not about ‘HUGE EXPANSION’ at every workout. HUGE EXPANSION = temporary lymph fluid expansion.

It is about gradual permanent expansion over time.

The most interesting thing is whether this was permanent. Or at least 80% for example. For me, it’s usually a day or two of seeing some out in flacid state. But after that, everything is as it was.

Are there any experiences from any of us? So 3 sets of 12-15 minutes and ending with a 5-minute erection? And what were the results?

Starting Stats (2023-06): FL - 13 cm | FG - 12 cm | BPFLS - 16.2 cm | BPEL - 15.5 cm | EG - 13.5 cm

Stats (2023-08): FL - 12.5 cm | FG - 11.6 cm | BPFLS - 17.6 cm | BPEL - 16.6 cm | EG - 13.9 cm

I’m a long time PE’er and pumper. Now, I mostly pump with some manual stretching. I’ve pumped many different ways, different pressure, and different duration. I have now settled on -200mmHg pressure which is -7.87inHg for 2x 5 min sessions daily except weekends, so 5 days a week and 10 min each day.

The reason I settled on this is because several research studies have shown this to be optimal. Higher pressures cause more injury and a net detriment. The research is a study of the effectiveness of pumping to preserve penis size after prostrate surgery. In all pumping groups penis size is maintained better than the control group but a 5 min @-200mmHg, 2 min rest, 5 min @-200mmHg had the best results and penis size was maintained or increased after prostate surgery.

Pumping increases VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) and creates conditions for angiogenesis, the formation of new capillaries within the cavernosa.

My base girth is just over 7” and 6.5” mid shaft. My current length is only 7.75” but has been improved with pumping. My BPEL goal is 8” but I may continue to 8.5.” My girth is good but will continue as long as my GF can take it. So far she only loves it. It’s amazing how great it feels when it’s so tight!

One last thing I’ve just started is Bovine Colostrum supplements which increase VEGF and induces angiogenesis.

This is a related issue, Phallback device. They are pumping down to -17hg and getting growth?

-17?!? Unless that’s cm, I’m shocked. That’s so much vacuum. We’re out here debating 5 vs 7 vs 10 or 12, and they’re at 17? Seems like those banner ads promising 1/4" in 24 hours and it’s just a ton of edema and bruising and petichiae but sure.

Low pressure + that rare thing called patience.

Great information and thanks for posting. I’m in the less is more camp these days, so I’ll give this a go.
