Soft when I exit pump

Another thing, does pumping actually feel good to you guys? I was reading that in the pumping 101 thread, and I don’t notice that at all.

Okay thanks sparky, will do. Do you notice gains when pumping that low? How about erection quality compared to pumping above 5 but below 10 Hg’s?

There is a huge range of response to penile stress from PE. I can’t go above 4 in hg without major problems…some guys can go much higher and be fine.

You have to systematically find what works best for you. My EQ thread should be of help in that. Evaluate your progress with EQ and bpfl…thats a good combination. Keep records.

I have been staying in the 3”hg range for quite a while now and my results are the best ever. Seems I really wasted a lot of time, like years, trying to make pumping at high pressure work. If you want to skip all the hassle and go right to getting consistent excellent results, just try pumping at low pressure for a week. I do three 12 to 15 minute sets every work out with a massage to full erection between each set. Finish off your routine with a full erection for at least 5 minutes. You will be impressed with you flaccid size and EQ.

I’ve only been pumping for about 2 weeks, But I did a low pressure 40 minute set last night and it felt much better. Should I just do one since it’s so long?

I think everybody has a tough tunica. The secret to expand it is not to increase the pressure and expose yourself to injury. The secret to expand it is keep the pressure low and increase the time.

G, you are a genious. I’ve tried just exactly as you said, and all I can say is that I’ve got the best erection quality (and size) ever!

Gprent how do you feel about keeping pressure low and just doing 1 longer set? IE, 45 minutes, then be done?

I have tried that and still find that breaking it into three 15 minutes sets works the best for me, especially when it comes to keeping fresh oxygenated blood in the penis. I am really into keeping everything as zero trauma and healthy looking as possible these days, and it is paying off big time.

Yes I must say I love my discoloration free penis.

Low or moderate pumping fits that bill. Are you still gaining or just maintaining?

I pumped yesterday without milking the tube to keep me hard. I noticed that I still had a very good, even expansion (I water pump). I also felt a good internal expansion, so would this be more of what you’d consider working an “unloaded” tunica (of course it’s never soft in the pump, just about 1.25” shorter in the pump than I am normally erect).

Also, erect gains are still made even though you’re not milking the tube and staying hard the whole time?
