For pumping, I lube the entrance with KY jelly and lube my dick with water based astrogide. I dip the KY lubed tube in water, which “activates” the KY and gives me a perfect seal.

All of the pump manufacturers say avoid oil based lubes as that will damage an acrylic cylinder over time. I’ve paid too much for my tubes to wreck them.

For JO, jelquing, and sex I like Albolene Unscented. Oil based so not for use with condoms. I first learned about it in a tantric sex manual in the 80’s. Authors recommended it for edging and sex play with a partner. It feels indescribably amazing (as in amplifying sensations). Sold in drugstores in the make-up department, 10ish dollars a jar but it will last you forever (as in a year or more).

The acrylic plastic used to make cylinders is often damaged by alcohol causing cracking or “crazing”. Lots of info online including videos of the reaction. So my suggestion is don’t use anything with alcohol on the cylinders. As for PE lube recommendations: Pjur Eros Original Body Glide (silicone based lube); coconut oil; Palmer’s massage cream for stretch marks (cocoa and shea butter based).

Yes, I used a Penomet for 2 years and did 100 jelqs a day. Just switched to air at low pressure lately because I stopped gaining. I gained 3/16 from clamping in a short aggressive stint and kept 2/16 of it after backing off.

Keep your tube out of the light, mainly sunlight (UV), so keep it in a drawer or something. Also watch out for cleaning chemicals. A gentle liquid handwash soap is usually ok.

Petroleum oils are usually safe on acrylic, like vaseline or baby oil.

That’s for real acrylic, but keep in mind that those cheap Chinese injection molded tubes (usually very thin walled) can be made out of any crap plastic.

For PE I use vaseline. For sex, I have heard grape seed oil is best for vaginal health, but since its nearly impossible to get in my country, and very expensive, I use coconut oil.

Grape seed oil is quite available here in the U.S. But my partner and I have used it for a sex lube and we both prefer coconut oil. It tastes much better and is solid at room temp. Grape seed oil is liquid at room temp and is quite messy to use also far more expensive than coconut oil. We have used coconut oil for years and believe me my partner’s vagina is quite healthy. IMHO you are far better off using the coconut oil. I use it for pumping, too and have no problems there either.

I use to buy Natural Honey´s oils they are not very cheap but last a long time, they have elixir argan with omega 3, also coconut oil and they work fine for both jelqing and pumping.
