Manual stretching after using the Bathmate

I’ve noticed my penis is full of fluid after finishing my Bathmate sessions, but not erect at all. It appears to be a pumped up version of my flacid penis.
It seems to me it would be fairly safe to perform some manual stretches right after my Bathmate sessions due to the lack of any part of an erection.

Has anyone experimented with manual stretching immediately after using the Bathmate? Are there any injuries to report or success stories?

Has anyone performed manual stretches after using the Bathmate with good results?

I not only do manual stretches but sometimes use an extender after pumping.

The pump session seems to loosen up the tissues and permits a better stretch.

I discovered even before I began pumping or any PE that the Dr. Kaplan pump recommended hanging after a pump session to promote a better stretch.

Fluid isn’t good, Peter. It provides a temporary apparent boost in size but it doesn’t help with PE. It indicates you are using too much pressure or staying in the tube too long. Maybe it’s time to graduate to a better pumping setup with a gauge.

Stretching after pumping should be fine, as tim says.

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

I’ve noticed a tendency for those using the Bathmate to over pump. Since there is no gauge it is advisable to be gentle with your dick, and like all PE be patient, consistent and take it slow. Think of it as a marathon not a sprint.

I’m getting back into PE after using the SG and not having any success, so this is my first post. Wish I’d found this forum a long time ago!

Anyway, I started using the Bathmate X30 recently and I guess I’m confused. I thought that fluid (blood flow to the penis) was the point? After pumping for about 10 minutes, with breaks, I’m about the size that I am erect, only I’m flacid. After about 20-30 minutes I’m back to normal. Is this wrong or am I over pumping as well.

Sorry .and just to get back on topic, I do stretch after using the Bathmate. Normally I shower at night after working out. So I’ll be pumping then sleeping with an ADS on.

Fluid is not expansion. Its just fluid in the skin layer.
The BM is an advanced tool that shouldnt be used by newbies. Or lets say you should know when you hit a pressure that doesnt create edema.. but thats hard to do.

Just pump once or twice and only use it for 4 minutes. Get out of it and jelq some and maybe do another 4 minutes and so on.

20 minutes at full pressure like some sell the BM will only give you edema and at worst ED.

The Bathmate instruction manual recommends water pumping for 20 minutes, but I’ve found for the first 5-10 minutes I can only pump at a low level of pressure.
I will typically release the pressure and remove my penis to massage it for 30 seconds before pumping again. During the second part of my Bathmate session, I will increase the pressure and my penis is almost as big flaccid as my normal erection. The Bathmate tube is very long though and it makes me feel like I should be pumping my penis to 8.5 inches long. Interestingly, I never feel pain in the penis itself at my highest level of pressure. I do feel pressure/pain on my pubic fat pad area. That uncomfortable pressure is the reason I don’t add any more pressure.

I realize my original post was about manual stretching, but I would like clarification on the swelling. Like some others, I really thought making your penis swell with the Bathmate was the goal. In fact, I even remember reading that in the instruction manual.

30 minutes after I finish my pumping session, I am back to normal size wise as well. I thought this meant I had a good session with the Bathmate. I didn’t realize I could be over pumping.

Thanks for the info, guys. I hadn’t read this could be an issue! Now I realize I have to back off a little.

It seems if I enter the Bathmate with a half to full erection instead of being completely flaccid I don’t get any fluid puffiness. I have a pumped penis without any donutting or puffiness. It seems to be working much better. I’ve tried this idea three times so I think I’ll stick with it.

Peter Mac,

There is a video of a bathmate employee (?) using a pump and the gains after 6 weeks. Interestingly in that, rather than the instruction manual, he pumps for 5 mins, jelqs for a minute, pumps for 5 mins, jelqs for a minute, etc for a total of 15-20 mins.

I originally misread the instructions and so pumped for 5 mins, released the pressure and pumped again for 5 mins for the total time they suggest. I noticed that worked nicely. I then thought I had it wrong and pumped solidly for 15 minutes. I noticed far more fluid build up etc with the latter approach.

Since seeing the video I now do the same as the example and get zero fluid build up. To answer your question the point is to make your penis swell but not to pump so hard that you get fluid build up or significant discolouration. That is generally considered as using too much pressure. I think it is detrimental to long term growth.

After a month and a half of use I come out of the pump obviously much bigger however my flaccid hang is longer and thicker the following day before I pump again (24 hours later). I also saw an increase (small) in non-pumped erect length and girth (a bit more) after the first month. I feel if you are steady and err on the side of caution with the pressure significant gains will come over time.

Re the original question about stretching I doubt there is harm doing it before, after, or whenever.

Merlin

Are you able to post a link to the employee video routine?

What do you think about the strategy of using the Bathmate twice a day?
