I dont count every time but I try to do at least one hundred kegels. When Im in the tube i am always doing a kegel i dont sit still for one second. I feel this is why im not getting any lymph build up. And I do hard kegels for the first few sets. Of course after about three or four sets you start getting tired.

I remove the tube get my erection up to about 90% and do real slow wet jelqs. I do a few sets and then it’s back in the tube that was wrapped up in the heat pad getting nice and hot.

I leave it on as long as I have good sensation. As soon as I lose a little sensation I take it off. Then I put it back on and continue. Usually I take it off once per workout, it’s a rubberband size 32 3” x 1/8 i double wrap it. It’s nice and snug but not to tight. I have 5” girth.
