If so that is a great lift and congrats on that. 315 has been my max x 2 and it felt great.

I think, just like bodybuilding, that PE correlates very closely to what we see with muscle and body definition. If left alone long enough you will see your gains slowly fade away….

Yeah, that was me. I’m also starting to think that PE is more like bodybuilding, in that it’s really “dickbuilding” - quit working it and you lose your size.

Yeah I saw your thread in the Main forum after I posted here.

Though only having done PE for about 6 months now, I have never thought of it any differently than weight lifting. I always assumed since day 1 of PE that any gains that are achieved would have to be maintained through some type of maintenance program.

I think that is just the nature of the human body which is rapidly heading for the grave.
It just falls apart and starts dying and does so at a much more rapid pace for those who neglect exercise (of either the muscles, heart or penis :) ).

I think a small maintenance program of no more than 30 or so minutes a week will keep the gains, but time will tell if that is the case for me.

Hey fellas,

You know I’ve never built an airplane, nor ever flown one. Come to think of it, I haven’t flown in one either.

But you know I know almost everything about it because I’ve talked to some others who have done it, have done a little reading as well. Plus I’m a pretty smart guy and this stuff is not that hard to figure once you’ve done a little thinking about it. I mean the notion that something that big and heavy carrying all those people can actually get off the ground and travel far or at any kind of speed — that’s just a silly thought to contemplate.

But you see I have driven a car. And it has taken me many places. I drive well and I drive fast and have seen great results from all my driving about. It is so much better than flying, which in the end doesn’t really get you anywhere. Except maybe stuck in security. And there is always the risk of a horrible accident or injury.

So here’s my challenge to all. I’ve stopped driving for awhile. So I want to see all you fliers stop flying for the same time. Then we’ll really see which one of us actually goes backward!

If I took you out into space, and threw you out of the space ship without a suit, you would probably explode, or at least balloon up quite a bit.

Conversely, if I took you and shoved you out of a deep sea sub, at about 1 mile down, you would be crushed. Your internal pressures are far less than required to balance the external pressure.

I know this is an old thread. I just thought that the false “science” should be cleared up.
You would neither explode or be crushed by varying pressures. Why? Because you cannot crush a fluid and humans are mostly fluid. People routinely dive at depth. (drop an egg and an iron safe into the ocean, the safe would crush the egg would not) The problem is the gases involved. The person could die from gases bubbling out of their blood or rapid expansion of compressed gasses. A person would hardly be “crushed”
If exposed to vacuum the loss of pressure would cause the lungs to expell all the air present. The victim would asphixiate. Not explode.

This just blew my mind. Thank you.

How about this, does it hold truth? I mean, to me, it seems logical, and scientifically it would.

Jelqing alone will give you permanent gains.
Including a Pumping Routine into your Jelqing routine, can create an atmosphere for greater growth, and increase these permanent gains.

I would think that coupling Light Pumping with Jelqing would work more effectively than Jelqing alone.

I am not saying that this is true. Just seems logical.
I am ordering a pump right now. I can be a test subject. hehe

Is the Kaplan Pump any good? I’m thinking about ordering it. Also, it does increase length and girth? Im currently using Monkeybars Vac ADS and wanted to supplement it with a pump.

Avocet8 has been recommending a pump/jelq routine since 2002: Vacuum Pumping 101

It has been recognized as the best way to pump ever since. Wouldn’t hurt to read some pumping threads. :)

Universal Silicone Pump Sleeve

Looks kind of like the "Sleeve Master" from Boston Pump.
But the quality looks low.

Wonder if it would be good with a Kaplan Pump. Well Ima order one.
I was ordering a Boston Pump, but something happened, so Ima go with the Kaplan for now.

Im just worried about the taper in the tube toward the top. Anyone know the difference between the "Entrance" and the Top area of the Kaplan pump tube?
