Watch your PIs and EQs and increase duration in future sessions. When you get to longer duration, break up the session into multiple segments, and do a little jelqing or massaging between segments. At the very least, bring the vacuum level down to zero on the gauge for 30 seconds between segments.
3. Post-pumping jelqing or massaging is a good idea.
4. Warm down? I don’t know. Perhaps someone who is more of a proponent of warming down can speak to that. I think a little post-pump jelqing or massaging is warm-down enough for me.
The other dimension that you have not addressed is your schedule - every day, or every other day, or two days on and one day off, or whatever. Again, I would suggest that you determine that on the basis of your PIs and EQ, and what you think you can do consistently. I think that pumping regularly and consistently is of more benefit than pumping irregularly and sporadically.5. Enjoy!
Thanks for the input Lamp.
I think my unit is getting better conditioned. It doesn’t ache as much after my routine, and the red dot PI’s are minimal. Sometimes I like to see just a few dots to know that I’ve moved the blood around. So, I had gone to one day on and one day off, but I think I’ll go back to 2 days on and one day off going forward.
After 1 and 1/2 months of PE, I’m a little leery doing too much too fast. But, it sounds like you think I should stay on a more regular pattern. So, should I pump during each session?
I will read up on how to pump on other threads, and view the cd that comes with it to make sure I am doing it safely.
My understanding is that my EQ should be good IF I don’t overdo it. I’m looking for length as well as girth, so hopefully pumping with be a good combination with jelqing. I’m just not that good at manual stretches. I am definitely looking forward to this. Wish me luck.
Paraphrased: It is not the critic who counts: The credit belongs to the man in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, who, at the best, knows the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.
