I read most of this and good stuff. I have been using the bath mate for roughly 6 months with minimal results. I should of measured when I started and now but I didn’t. However just visually and feel I’ve seen maybe a sight difference but not what I had hoped. I measured a while ago and I was around 6 inches with 5 inch girth I believe, maybe a little over. I’ve never had anyone complain and always had a good sex life. My wife is gorgeous and she gets off multiple times and says I’m plenty big but I don’t feel I am and would love to get to 7 inches and a little more girth and I hope this is doable!!
In the beginning I feel I was over doing it and I had some EQ issues that I thought were from the bathmate. I was doing 6 days a week 15min sessions at pretty high pressure and occasional stretching with a lot of bruising and dots most days. Just a couple weeks ago I have started jelqing and still using the bathmate and I hope this helps.
Any suggestions for me? I don’t have a ton of time with the wife and kids around, I basically have 15min 5-6 days a week when I come home after the gym to shower and get ready for work. So I could use some advise on a good routine for the short amount of time I have. I have cut back to 4-5 days a week to allow more rest time even though I want to do it every day. Even now I still get a little bruising and dots but what I have done the last 2 days is jelq for a few minutes before the bathmate instead of after and I haven’t noticed as much bruising or dots so I think I will continue with that and it seems like the perfect warm up. I’ve been going a little easier on the pressure even though mentally I want to see it go as far as I can and feel like I’m getting gains, I do go pretty heavy pressure the last couple minutes. I keep it ten minutes or under in the bathmate and a few minutes of jelqing, I know that’s not a ton but I hope in my case slow and steady wins the race. Like I said I don’t have a ton of time and EQ issues scared me so I don’t want to over due it.
An help is appreciated, also considering trying to put it on on the days I shave and let it hang so I can get a few extra minutes a couple days a week, thoughts?
