New to Pumping

Hello, I took an interest in jelqing years ago but was never consistent. Currently I’m 5.5 EL and 4.5 EG. I ordered Realistic Sleeve Penis Pump Extender off of Amazon and did my first 10 minute session.

Questions:

1. Without having the pressure gauze, should I depend on pain / pleasure threshold?

2. Do I warm up beforehands?

3. How do you guys store / clean your pumps?

1. I’d never recommend pumping without a gauge. The pleasure/pain threshold is not a very good indicator of successful pumping. Another consideration is, without a gauge how can you accurately track the routine you’re doing? Some guys respond better to less vacuum.
2. Yes, definitely.
3. I just use water and mild dish detergent and a bottle brush, to clean it, and store it in a box.

Best advice: Get a brake bleeder pump from Harbor Freight, and a cylinder from LA Pump or LeLuv.

Always warm up before any kind of PE exercise, always.

Always warm up and I find pumping while erect is best for me.

Like CLGP7 said, get a pump with a gauge.

Vacuum gauge is a must for serious umping. Until then, only pump up until you feel any discomfort and then back off a bit.

My tube only is graduated, but I think that is also a way to gauge how vacuum is on the tunica. If you don’t end up buying a different pump just mark your cylinder so at least you have some guide. I’m not sure how much hg those cheapy pumps put out though. I used to have one, and it wasn’t near as strong as the real one I have now
