PE4F Pumping at Full Vacuum

I have found my unit’s ability to resist blister formation seems to vary a bit and have not worked out why but suspect it might relate to the number of sessions I did.

I have used overlapping sleeves from time to time (two short sleeves) and the cylinder sealing ring adds extra compression at the base. Have not noticed any difference from this.

Anyway I got initial good girth gains from this technique going from 5” MSEG to a cemented 5.5” fairly quickly but have little more since. However the approach has enhanced my EQ which is the main reason I am now persisting with it.

From what I remember and what you say you still use the same narrowish cylinder and also compress the shaft quite a bit to avoid lymph fluid build up, that could definitely limit expansion and gains imo. I think using plenty of moist heat can increase blisters or at least the bursting of blood vessels , it makes sense since they are a lot more dilated. When I talked about silicone sleeves to focus expansion on other areas of the shafts, I had other ideas in mind, like using a 2-3 cm long sleeve beneath the glans on an erect penis, or wrapping the glans as well (toe cap etc..).

Do it for 30 min.

It works.

You look like you have pretty awful edema , like a lot of regular pumpers who report gains do (insintex etc..). :)

After a while you will stop to get edema.

It takes time..

Do marks in your cylinder and try to push it.

Walter
I use a 2 1/8” cyl which stll gives me a bit of room for expansion.

I have used the toe caps in the past also with baby powder underneath but prefer the condom as it lets me see quicker if a blister is starting to form and gives me better head expansion. I use warm water and an electric heat pad for the first 45 mins of my 60 min pump session so that might help promote blisters. However I get them so infrequently now I am pumping in the rang 2 -10” Hg.

Walter I have not tried that with silicone sleeves, but eventually I will make my own swaffeling tubes with a similar goal in mind, targeting the base.

Xeno I will definitely check out that link in depth, seems like some really good stuff from glancing over it.

Not sure how much more I can say on this. So I’ll wrap it up with they key points for getting started.

I think it’s accessible to anybody who has experience with normal pumping. If you’re not experienced with higher forces, then the flow modulator for the warm-up is key. Whether that means making a slightly larger thumb hole and modulating by partially covering the hole, or setting up your own isolation valve in the hosing.

I think getting out of the tube completely between each cycle, and refreshing the erection manually is another key when starting out. And warming up by increasing the pressure gradually over the first 5 minutes of cycles is another key.

Those three things in combination should allow just about anybody to painlessly work their way up to doing sets at nearly full vacuum and limit all the negatives. Once you’re there, you can experiment with other styles. But I have come to prefer the refresh-erect style. By limiting fluid build up, one can actually get more time at force overall. The tunica becomes the limiting factor as it should be.

The other way to start out is pulse pumping to full vacuum, 1 second at a time at first. And then gradually increasing the time at full vacuum throughout the workout. That’s how I started. It’s a little tougher on the skin, and more jarring if you’re unfamiliar with high forces. But it will work as well. Especially if you don’t care about running into a little pain, some edema, and potential spotting.

Hope to eventually hear some experiences with the method.

I wonder if blisters are a result of your penis ‘boiling’ under vacuum and added heat?

Ok, only you can tell if there’s still enough room for girth expansion by answering the question: how quick do you pack it? Also in my experience dynamic pumping with spikes up to 10 hg worked in the length direction quite a lot more than girth.

Ok, I’ll be curious to see your progress with the construction of the swaffellistic tube. A member uses a jelly cockring (maybe a silicone sleeve folded on itself could work) at the base with some lube and ends up doing moving Uli’s when in the pump as with the pressure the jelly cockring moves up the shaft. It could be worth experimenting with, at least some constriction at the base if looking for girth, I did not try to go up to 20-25 HG though , it could be too much.

By the way thanks for the summary and all the information.

When I first started dynamically pumping with a Mr Fantastic pump I gradually increased both the session time and the max vacuum over about 3 months without any real issues. I started getting blisters later when I moved to a water pump.

I am aware what you are talking about here is a little different but the principles are similar.

You may be right about the heat. Moisture certainly seems to play a part with the drying action of baby powder seeming to help.

On the other hand heat helps with the stretch.

The blood inside the penis is still at a pressure very close to 1 atmosphere, despite the air in the tube being at very close to 0 atmospheres. That is the mechanism we are counting on with pumping to expand the tissues. So the blood is at normal pressure and doesn’t boil.

The temperature of the skin is also normal. No burns occur. It can be warmer due to the hyper circulation effect mentioned earlier. But that is just to say it is closer to the internal body temp of 37 C or 98.6 F.

The blister effect from high pressure pumping is the result of the upper layers of skin simply being pulled away from the lower layers. Much like a friction blister pulls the layers apart due to repetitive shear forces. The skin is the attachment point for pumping. And enough time and force pulling on it will pull the layers apart.

I hadn’t thought of it in those terms before, but that is a good way to think of skin conditioning over time. Just like a seasoned hiker can walk a lot further before they blister their feet due to skin adaptations, a seasoned pumper can pump at greater combinations of pressure and time before a blister. The skin has adapted so that its layers do not pull apart as easily.

I may have understated the importance of having an isolation valve when starting out. Keeping the set times constant, and gradually increasing the pressure each set is key for making this painless. Anybody trying this out could be quickly turned off of it if they can’t make it painless.

If your pump doesn’t have an isolation valve (most wouldn’t) I think you could rig one into the hosing fairly easily. Just search “isolation valve” on the web and somehow rig one of those into the hose. It will operate as a kind of second “thumb hole”. By partially opening and closing the isolation valve, you can essentially change the CFM of your pump and control the pressure during the early sets. It can also be done, with less precision, by making a wider thumb hole, and doing it manually. The isolation valve works better though.

It’s kind of like the frog in the boiling pot of water analogy. If you start out at 29”Hg for 10-20 second sets, it will be very painful. However, if you do a dozen sets of 10-20 seconds, gradually increasing the pressure each set, by the time you get to full vacuum pressures, it feels fine.

Another option if you are struggling with the power of full vacuum and dealing with some pain, is to use a glans protector. I’ve done that in the past, but now greatly prefer the refresh-erect style with gradual pressure increases, and with no glans protector.

However, the glans protector can work well with the other style, which is to forego the isolation valve, and operate at max pressure while increasing the time per set each cycle.

I like the constant time, increasing pressure method. And think it’s the best way to get started.

Try it with a full water system, with a shurflo 2088… gonna require a bathtub and a gfci for safety, could be next level shit

That really is next level. I see no reason it wouldn’t work. Rig up a system to monitor and control the pressure, and incrementally test out higher levels. Could go up to 3 times the force of the HVAC pump. Bathmate extreme.

In my 2nd week now. Whether I gain or not, it’s pretty fun to do.
