-Penis Pumps- Scrotum gets sucked inside

Hey guys,

I’m a newbie to all of this, and have been casually messing with pumps for a few months.
I’ve been using this one Mr. Membr Automatic Penis Pump | High Quality | Sinful.
The problem I’ve been having is not too rare:
Having Testicle Issues During Pumping
Turkey Neck in the Tube
Some scrotum gets sucked into tube
I.e. Upper scrotum gets sucked inside the tube past the silicon sleeve, and mildly "inflates/balloons".

Would this result in permanent skin gains, like more turkey neck? Because I would personally prefer to avoid this.

I managed to remedy the problem for some time by using a tight cock ring around the base, but now it seems like the sleeve has permanently stretched wider, and the base now gets sucked in with the ring still on.

It might be time to get a little more serious and invest in a properly fitted cylinder with a gauge.
I’ve been looking at the automatic LeLuv one (iPump LCD something, I’m open to alternatives if you know of any good ones).

To prevent the skin from getting sucked inside the tube would a wide flange be preferable over a standard one?
Would a silicone seal for wide flange cylinders help? Any other kind of seals?

I’ve had good luck with silicone seal on 2.25" tube to prevent this: https://www.ama … /dp/B00725WCL6/ . It is difficult to keep on the tube but I have solved this by a wide velcro belt to hold it on and two more to hold on electric heating pad.

Thanks for the reply. The one I’ve got is slightly larger than 2.25", and my silicone seal has probably just gotten too lose with repeated use.
Hahah, yeah. I know what you mean by the seal being hard to keep on, but nothing a little duct tape couldn’t fix.

I should probably get a smaller cylinder that fits better instead of replacing these seals multiple times.

I’m still unsure if a wide flange would be better or worse than a standard one.
On one hand, the standard would probably go deeper into the skin which might be better for keeping the scrotum out, but that might be very uncomfortable at high Hg. I’ve seen others Flange question have my problem with the wide flange.

If anyone reading this has had experience with both a wide and standard flange and could give some insight I would appreciate it

I have found a flange base to be a lot more comfortable than the standard type. I also think it helps draw out more of the inner penis. I think your main problem is the width of the cylinder. Check out gprent’s excellent thread on choosing the correct cylinder size.

This is automatically and easily solved by using a smaller cylinder.

I had the same issue. I was using a 2.4 cylinder. If I spent enough time in it I could eventually pack most of it. But often times at the beginning of sessions my balls would get caught. Now I start with a 2” cylinder. It’s impossible for my balls to get in because I’m packing it virtually from the first seconds.

I wear one of these around my balls. Works like a charm
