Some scrotum gets sucked into tube

Some scrotum gets sucked into tube

Even at 5 max. Pressure some of my scrotum (no testicles) is also getting sucked into the tube. I am small and using a 1.75” cylinder. Is it worth the money to go to 1.5” cylinder? Any advice on how to avoid scrotum getting into tube or is it ok anyway?

Randy7126:

You say you’re small. HOW small? Did you follow gprent’s advice in the thread /forum/showthread.php?t=82793?

Why are you pumping at 5 inHg? Have you tried pumping at a lower level of vacuum? Try pumping at a very low level of vacuum for the first part of your session, until you’re solidly packing the base of the cylinder, and increase the vacuum gradually after that.

There’s no harm in having some loose scrotal skin pulled into the cylinder, as long as it isn’t painful. Pulling a testicle in, now THAT hurts.

Another thing you can try is a loose wrap around your scrotum at the base of the penis. That may lessen the tendency to pull scrotal skin into the tube. That can be the form of a strip of soft cloth, or something like a ball stretcher.

It’s not unusual for some to go in the tube. But it can lead to having your balls slide up there.

You can try something like tying a handkerchief or a piece of wide bandgearound the testicles. Not tightly but just enought to hold it firmly. That should help to stop it.

Psst! The link is at the bottom of the page :bigwink:

Thank you for feedback. Don’t think testicles will get sucked in, just wasn’t sure if some scrotum sack is ok. Want to avoid spending $50-$60 on a 1.5” cylinder. Does anyone know of an inexpensive source for a 1.5” or smaller diameter cylinder?

In the do-it-yourself tube department, you may be able to adapt an aquarium gravel cleaning tube.

Do give the ball stretcher/scrotal wrap a try, though. You may be surprised at how well it works, and you don’t have to spend a dime.

Unless we know your erect base girth we cannot advise on whether a 1.5” cylinder will be the correct fit. It might be too small for you.

It is normal to have some scrotum skin sucked in and as long as it is not uncomfortable, it is OK.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

FYI, the angle at which you pump can affect this.

Check out the thread about Picturebrite cylinders for $10 on Ebay….

I just put cable clamp around my balls that works for me.
