Pre-Pump Ball Sack Stretching

Wondering if anyone has a routine they like for this? Noticed a few times that I’m getting too much sack in the tube when I start a session. Then when I pull to adjust it can sometime break the seal.

Any thoughts or advice on pre-pump stretches/routines etc to avoid the problem mentioned above appreciated!

I’m use a newbie but are you using the appropriate cylinder size? Mine is way too big with a 2.5” diameter tube and I just order the proper size.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

I dont have a rigorous formal routine, but I lube up the balls when I lube up my shaft, and stretch them out a bit when doing so. Then slide into the tube and pump up. I do get some skin pulled in; if I don’t some then I get ball burn. Over time you just figure out what works and is comfortable.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

In terms of cylinder size I did go w/a 2.0” tube and made the conscious decision to focus on girth as I was on the borderline between a 1.75 and a 2.0 tube. A few weeks in I definitely can see and feel the affect as my erections and flaccid size have taken on thicker shape. I

I’m beginning to think that needing to consciously stretch my ball sack before a pump session is just due to pumping changing the shape of my penis.

I tried pumping my balls once but idk.. I don’t want to risk messing them up. I need to condition them first somehow. Maybe a sack stretching routine would help.

Sometimes I use a flexible cock ring around my balls which holds all the scrotum skin down and can prevent the skin from getting sucked into the tube.

The cock ring sounds like a good idea. Maybe one of those Silicone Pump Sleeves might help. The ones that attach to the bottom of the pump cylinder.

I have used the TPR seal and silicon sleeve from leluv and it has helped massively in terms of not letting my ballsack skin into the tube. Before, even though I had the appropriate girth for the cylinder size, my skin would get sucked in causing me some pain (and time lost to readjust my ballsack).

This. I put a cock ring around my balls and find that it helps tremendously. It doesn’t keep the skin out completely but it definitely helps. I also find the cock ring around the balls somewhat sexually stimulating, helping me stay hard in the tube. I think it’s a win win

I tilt the pump downward for the first few pumps. This traps the skin in place better. After a few pumps, I can let back on it because the seal is established.

I have this same problem, and at least for me I think it is related to having a ‘turkey neck’ with a high scrotum attachment. Maybe this is similar advice to what Don Logan said, but I start pumping by pulling by balls down and then I press down hard on the bottom of tube to try to ‘lock in’ where my balls are.
