I added pumping in after about 4 months. Here is what I learned. Of course we are all a little different.

I actually took those and divided the recommended times in half, so I took twice as long to build up my time.
Personally I do pumping and jelqing on SEPARATE days.
I tried doing both in the same workout, but I got better results (expansion, better EQ) when I separated them
Also personally two 15 minute sessions in the cylinder works best for me. For a total time of 30 minutes.
I have gone for 45 minutes and also an hour once or twice. But thirty minutes is better for me again in terms of EQ, expansion, recovery.
Also personally I have found 3HG to 4HG to be the sweet spot for pressure. When I did avocet8’s build up routine I stuck to 2 to 3HG.
