If you look at my signature, I’ve made significant erect length and girth gains from pumping/jelqing, but mostly from pumping since I was a PE newbie in 2001. I have pretty much plateaued in erect length gains for two years. I continue to make slow flaccid girth gains on the upper part of my shaft. I’ve been very content with the girth I have on the lower half of my shaft, so I’ve been on maintenance mode in that region.

But what if I’m looking for gains (erect length gains)?

In my opinion, at least two times a day, every day.

Gains came over months/years by increasing my total pumping time gradually in the cylinder and moving up in cylinder sizes as I consistently “packed” the smaller diameter tubes. If you want to make gains, you can’t keep your routine static forever. You CAN make gains pumping going 3 days/week with the approach I mentioned before.

Well, I am going on a mini-decon since I will receive the static-stretcher soon and will test it for what it is worth.

My pumping routine did not produce any gains (1mm BPEL but that is within the margin of error), I did it over a 3 week period and probably did not get enough progression in my sessions. When I resume pumping I will try mon-wed-fri. and the weekend off. I love pumping and it will be my main weapon for girth down the path.

I am going to give my routine much longer and will measure at the 3 and 6 month mark.

If I have not gained 1/8” in girth or length by the 6 month mark I will have to reassess.

I measured today before my pumping session and I have not gained any length or girth from my 3 x 12 minutes at 4HG, 3 times a week. Not even a 1/16”.

How disappointing! I re-started pumping at the beginning of January 2007.
In 2004 I did make 1/4” girth gain but I have not got any of that back.

Great thread ! I have to agree, an intense every day routine was too much for my dick. After 3 or 4 days of evening pumping, my girth gains began to fall off. I’m going to try the every other day approach and see how that works. MC

Figured I would give this thread a update.

I am back to pumping since I have less time for PE this period.

My routine is: -Enter the tube erect with monkeybars constriction sleeve + a piece of his silicone sleeves to overlap so all my foreskin is compressed.
- Pump to 4HG and keep it there for 15min.
- Release the pressure and lightly massage my shaft, work up to a erection again and repeat.

I pre heat the cylinder in the oven at about 80-100C degrees (if I have the privacy and the time.) and wrap the cylinder with my electric heating pad (again, if I have the privacy). I go for 4 sets of 15min every time (last time I tried 5 sets but found it a bit too much) and usually take the constriction sleeve off for the last set.

Frequency is Mon, Wed, Fri.

That is it, no stretching, no jelqing, just some massaging and heat-pumping! Tonight I will try some edging and ballooning-massaging between sets since people are reporting good results from this these days.

Will update as time goes by.

As I stated in the thread I started earlier today, I concluded my first pumping experience just last evening. I loved it. I only did 2 sets to start, and the pressure was somewhere between 4-5”hg the whole time. I will probably go with the 2 on 1 off routine for now, so I’ll give it another go tonight. I’d like to work up to 3 sets of 10 mins each within a week or two, and see what how I’m feeling. I rigged up my own cylinder, so if this one works and I see gains, I’ll buy a legit one down the road.


Started - 1/6/07 - BPEL 5 7/8" - EG - 4 3/4"

Currently - 4/13/07 - BPEL 6 1/8" - EG - 4 7/8"

Goal - BPEL - 7.0" - EG - 5.5"

Been taking a break from PE for about 6 weeks and have slowly started some pumping again. Yesterday I got my all time best expansion after pumping 3 x 20min at 4-5HG with some light massaging between sets. I put on my 3 snap leather cock ring (behind the balls) and got a super erection that measured 15cm mid-shaft!

This was very motivating, seeing my penis being at my girth goal, so I will keep following this type of routine, pumping as usual, taking rest days, following my PIs and using my leather cock ring right after the pumping.

If I keep getting this kind of post-expansion I should gain some real girth after a while.

I will probably not log my efforts and be as active here as I used to be but I will do the above and report back here if I should see some permanent girth gains from this.

Well done Babbis, I am glad that you are enjoying some progress. My pumping has always tended to follow a stochastic path however of late, I am trying to follow a 5 days on 2 days off schedule pumping 2x10min sessions and at times 3 x 10min with some stretching. I go with the follow but try to keep within reasonable range. My sessions never last more than an hour as those have not yielded decent results for me. I am of the mind that it is very important to switch things up not necessarily in terms of HG but changing the session lengths or sets. I need to purchase a darn heating pad, seem to be darn expensive here in the UK however they seem to have worked well for many of you here so I may as well give it a bash.
