I’ve been pumping at 5hg for 15 minutes, 4 days a week, and 2 or 3 times on the days I pump.

I have better erections which I think account for a quarter inch gain, but after almost 3 years that is all I have to show. Prior to pumping I did traction and gained 1.25 inches in length. I also gained some girth but I never kept track of it both from traction, and pumping.

I noticed in the tube that I will expand to more hg’s until I get to 5hg, and then even if I add more vacuum I don’t expand anymore, so you mentioning a 5hg limit makes sense to me in that regard.

My goal for pumping is more flaccid hang. I spend summers doing nude recreation, and I know it is just vanity. Flaccid size is the hardest to measure because, at least for me, it can vary so much. Over all I would say I have a bit more flaccid gain, but it is not proportional to my erect gains.

Do you do all 25 to 30 minutes at once, or do you take five minute breaks to replace the blood, and say do 2, 15 minutes with 5 minutes of jelging in between?

Seems like there could be some tissue damage from lack of oxygenated blood at a certain point.

You work your way up to doing 25 to 30 minutes without a break. During that time, I include periods of milking the tube to keep the circulation going and it also helps with keeping an erection while pumping.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I just try to do it every day with a day or two off every now and then. My dick is pretty set in it’s ways and stubborn so gotta shock the bastard on the daily.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

That is a good observation.
Happens to me around 7hg. But I notice the further I go past that the more intense the strain on the tissue gets.
I think more can have an impact here(ofc within healthy margins). But it also means faster edema which is fake “skin gain”.

And who knows how accurate our gauges are? I am using a pump and gauge intended for brake lines, and it is not meant for the kind of accuracy we would like for our purposes. Plus, I have dropped my pump and gauge on the floor a few times. My 5hg could easily be your 7hg.

Hey Re peter, good moniker for a PEer.

I am about done with newbie I’m thinking. It has been 1 month shy of one year now. I have just wrapped up a jelq less routine which was suggested here that was heavy on side to sides and squeezes. Been in it now for 12 weeks, and am going to see where I am going for the next routine.

I’m 1/2” longer BPEL from it so may do another 12weeks. Keeping’ the faith.

It was surreal for me when I first started getting gains.

I had been at it for several months without any success, and to the point of thinking it was all a hoax. Then it started happening, and kept happening for several months. I am happy with my present results, but I am working to eliminate turtling.

I start to lose some of my gains if I don’t do any kind of PE. I don’t go at it like I was when I was working for gains, but it has become part of my life. Right now I just pump 3 or 4 times a week, and I wear shaft collars https://www.gra inger.com/categ … g/N-cljZ1z0o14g . The shaft collars are inexpensive, enjoyable and they keep me from turtling. I use the 1 inch ID most of the time. You can get some O rings at a hardware store to experiment with to find the size that works best for you before ordering the shaft collar (You don’t want it to fall off at work). I like to feel the pull, and sway all day, and I don’t need to take it off to pee. I put it on in the morning, and then take it off before bed, or take it off for sex if I am lucky. Keeping a little skin between the shaft collar, and your glans helps to keep it on. It will depend a lot on how much your glans mushrooms out. I use a slightly larger ID shaft collar at home (1 and 1/8 inch), but it falls off from time to time (usually when I am sitting), the 1 inch ID has never fallen off.

Re peter Your shaft collars look like a glans ring. I have a few glans ring and I love the look and feel of wearing them.

I just got this pump from Amazon and I am so glad I spent the money. I was using a break bleeder and wow .. I’m shocked at the pressure difference. I pump most every day for about 20 minuets at 4 hg. When I travel I do three sets first is a warm up 10 minuets 3 hg with a hot wash cloth wrapped around the cylinder. Second 15 minuets 5-6 hg Third is at 4hg for 30-40 minuets.. I have been maxed out in my 10 inch tube .working on packing The Whole tube from base to glands.

Everyday is the answer but not always possible.

Iam using water in a thickwall cylinder which starts as hot water and gets cold quickly.

Pumping around 5hg to 10hg and then 10 to 15hg in water.

When I first started I did one on one off. Now I pump almost every day at least once. I travel a lot for work. When traveling I do three sets per night. I do a warm up and then two others with the last set on a low 4hg for 30-40 minuets.
