That’s why opinions differ on whether it’s best to pump at 100% or not. There is a school of thought that says you should pump at well less than 100%, to accomodate expansion better.
From Lampwick - No more gains, So its on to hanging and pumping!
“The idea about pumping with a penis that is not 100% erect, as I understand it, is that expansion forces applied to a penis that is not completely erect allow the connective tissue to reorganize to accommodate additional expansion more easily than a penis whose tissue is already at full expansion, and thus whose structure is more locked into place by internal tension.”
From
pudendum - Possible reason for PE induced growth“I still think that the best possible tensions are generated when you start with your penis at less than full erection. Starting higher than this, you are stretching a poorly compliant tunica and tension-induced connective tissue remodeling will probably give you the thicker fibers that will “protect” the tunica against injury with future similar stresses. In other words, stronger not longer.”
The bottom line is, pump at 100% or do not pump at 100%. Try them both and see what works out best for you, as long as you keep your forces and durations reasonable.
