I wanted to start a thread about what I am starting as soon as possible.

I have been on the newbie routine type of stuff for about 6 months now, and I only saw gains the first two, nothing since then.

Being as I am already decently thick (nearly 7’ base girth) and I am 7.3 BPEL I am obviously going for length, and A LOT of it, literally as much as possible.

I have a Redi-Stretcher coming, And I will be ordering a pump from Lap dist soon. I am confused as to what size cylinder to buy though.
I am mainly going for length but I do not want to pack it immediately, I would like some expansion to happen.

Being as I am going to hang and use pumping, I was wondering what the best routine would be to not over train but still elongate this darn thing! Being as I am thicker, stretching I feel does nothing for me, it’s almost impossible for me to even feel it, and trust me, I’ve tried everything. Therefor I think I will take a break until my gear arrives.

I was thinking possible I might have to do hanging one day, then pump the next, then 2 days off, or hang for 2-3 sets, then pump for 2 sessions then wait a day or two.

I am very inclined to thinking pumping will be my ticket, being as I get hard even when I stretch, I can’t even warm up without getting a 40-50% erection. Therefor pumping will obviously comply with my unit even better.

What do all you studs think?

How many different stretching variations have you tried? Why not get one of those vaccum hangers? Just wondering.

Well The vacuum hangers apparently can only go up to about 15 lbs, And with a unit as thick as mine, I have a feeling I’m gonna be hanging with HEAVY weights. Plus I like the idea of hanging so easy with the Redi. And I have tried every stretching variation I have read about and heard of.

Sounds like you’re all set then. My advice would be to try one or the other first, and see if anything happens. If not, then try the other one and see if you get any luck with that.

I would try stretching in the shower, if you haven’t already. Lather up your hands and penis with regular bar soap. Rinse off and then you will be able to grip so much harder. You may have a problem hanging with such a larger girth because if you have to use higher weights it could just put a lot of pressure on your skin. Another option is to masturbate first and then try jelqing a little while afterward, so your erections aren’t so strong. I’ve heard low erection jelqing benefits length more than girth. I pump myself, but have never been able to get any length from it, apparently some guys say it works for length, but never for me.

Are you almost packing your tube? Because thats the main way to increase length when it comes to pumping. I just want an 8’ not bone pressed when this is said and done.

I have a couple of thoughts.

First, check out GPrent’s excellent thread Selecting Your Cylinder Size in the Pumper’s Forum. With a base girth of nearly seven inches and a goal of length, it looks like you would want a 2.50 inch diameter cylinder of at least ten inches in length, but I’d really suggest that you post in that thread and get some feedback directly there.

Second, there are several threads going now that suggest that you may get your best results from pumping from low vacuum for longer periods with a penis that is NOT 100% erect. Okay thanks Lampwick, that was a studly post. Doesn’t the penis become erect in a pump anyway though?

I did have a question though everyone, It’s about hanging sets and pumping sets. I don’t know how many of each to do being as I’m combining two heavy methods.

It does, somewhat; it expands to some degree of erection. What degree of erection you develop/sustain is something that you can learn to modulate, as you might modulate your erection level during jelquing.

I strongly recommend golf weight stretches for length.

12/26/07 NBP = 8.625 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.50 Volume = 20.82 (+35%)

Yeah that golf weight thing sounded legit. How much length did you gain from it?

Stimulation while in the cylinder

Pumping with an erection is the safest way to get size, while keeping the pressure down. You can get used to certain kinds of stimulation, that keeps the arousal level up, without having to stroke yourself. Just pushing down on the ‘fat pad’ on the pubic bone can feel good. Also, if the cylinder is tight, you can pull on it, and it keeps it hard in much the same way. You can also shake it back and forth.

I gained about a quarter inch in Length, every year or so, that I pumped regularly, for the first 4 or 5 years.

You don’t have to have a tight fitting cylinder to increase the length.
