Pumping On Newbie Routine

Pumping On Newbie Routine

I know people say to avoid hanging and clamping initially, and to stick to the newbie routine. However, people buy pumps and use them anyway, without knowledge of PE. My question is, is it safe to buy a pump and use it a bit in conjunction with jelqing on the newbie routine (or a modified version)?

If it’s safe, how should I incorporate it? Before or after jelqs? How much?

I am just a newbie myself, and I don’t use (or even own) a pump.

However, I’m going to guess that it’s probably safe to pump, but you might not see the results. With all of the information on this great site that I have read, it seems like so many people who have been doing PE for a while stress the importance of conditioning your penis, not only to handle the stress PE can put on it, but to also maximize gains.

Therefore, I’m going to assume that more advanced (and strenuous) activities, such as pumping, would be far more effective once the penile tissues are conditioned to being put under increased levels of stress.

Again, I’m a newbie to this, but with what I know about the body (in conjunction with what I’ve learned on here) this seems to be a logical response to your question.

Any other experienced guys out there have an opinion on this?

One thing about doing the Newbie Routine first is it will give you an indication if you have the will power to carry on with a long term project like PE. The best way to pump is to buy a professional system with a pressure gauge and that requires a modest investment that you don’t want to waste if you are not going to commit to the program. But I think if you do buy a system with a gauge, you can pump at low enough pressure and time to break yourself into a PE program safely. Pumping 101 in the Pumpers Forum is your first guide. Lapdist.com is a good place to shop. The Deluxe Package. Ask here for sizing help.

I concure, I’m not a pumper, but I know good advice when I read it.

Well, I’ll definitely commit - it’s more a matter of WHEN, because my life is so hectic, but it’s something I’m not backing down on. Pumping seems like the most fool-proof method of gaining, which is why I’m turning to it.

Clamping scares me, although I’ll wind up trying it out eventually so I can push my girth closer to 6”.

Jelqing and stretching is alright, but they seem less effective than clamping or pumping.

When you pump, you basically go inside it, work up to your desired tension, then let it sit there, right? Or do you need to micromanage and constantly squeeze to keep the pressure the same?

When you get a good vacuum seal you only need to pump occasionally to maintain the desired pressure.

I’m looking into that deluxe package on lapdist. Is that all I’d ever need to worry about purchasing for my pumping endeavors? Will it last me all of my PE career, or do these things start to fall apart after awhile?

The equipment from lapdist will last for years.

I just found this site it looks as if they have made a new kind of stretching device it is worth a look.

Gprent definitely knows his stuff. Id say start off with the newbie routine and slowly add in some short, low pressure pumping sets. Dont get too anxious to see results and think more is best and over train because you want to see gains immediately. It will all happen in due time.
