Will you get permanent gains from pumping only? Also does pumping increase length or girth only?

Yes and potentially both. All guys are different.

If you’re new start with a good quality regular air pump. Confirm pumping is for you. Then if it is, and you still feel it’s necessary, then go invest based on the knowledge you’ve acquired.

I see no need for an automatic pump. Very content with a standard one.

Consistency. Low pressure (3-6hg). Build up on time. Have fun.

I’ve never used an automatic pump; I also dont see a need for one. Cost is much greater than a hand pump.

Some guys swear by them. Each to their own.

I had one once. Actually first pump I ever purchased, it sucked compared to my LeLuv regular pump.

Yes yes. What a gimmick. Once you get a seal, you’re golden for hours.

Like with PE it’s quite easy to overdo it; it’s quite easy to overthink things too.

I would imagine you could buy one perfect cylinder for you now, one as your next step,.and the hand pump for the price of an automatic.

However I stand by my recommendation. Check pumping is for you. Some people love it (like me) and some people don’t.

The original question on permanence…. I believe so. But I think only after you’ve been consistent for a long period. If you do a minimal maintenance routine I seem to hang on to the majority of my gains. In fact when I have some breaks I feel like it’s beneficial.

I have my pump now thank you for the advice. Now I’m trying to pick my stretcher, I’m looking at the penimaster pro. Any suggestions?

Since you titled the thread "Pumping Only" and this is the pumping forum…. There’s probably a better place for this question.

I only pump so I can’t be of help, sorry.

I go between 15- 20 Hg for 20 min.

Is their benefit to pumping lower 5-8 Hg?

I start at 5.5 girth pre-pump and can get to 7 girth. It last about 24 hrs. Any danger in how high I’m pumping?

With that much vacuum you have a much increased risk of blisters and other injuries. The large majority of guys cannot work at that level injury free. I’ve only hit it briefly and it is very uncomfortable. Regularly exposing your dick to that level of vaccuum I think you are decreasing the sensitivity of your penis. Is it permanent or temporary? I dont know.

Also at that level of vacuum you are mostly inducing edema buildup, which is why you are temporarily increasing girth from 5.5 to 7”. Nothing per se wrong with increasing girth with edema, I’ve done it for a different sex experience, but then I have a bloated lumpy mess of a penis for several hours afterward till the edema is re absorbed. Also, in my opinion, when you’ve conditioned your penis to produce edema, then pumping becomes less effective for permanent growth.

Ok thanks 32 quarters. What is the highest you think I should go, maybe no more than 10-12 Hg?

Reading back on your posts, it appears you’ve been using this program for a while. Why now are you concerned about it? We normally recommend for guys not to exceed -5inHg. Some experienced guys will pump at the 8-10 inHg level, and then there are a slight few who use the surge program, where they’ll go up to -15inHg for 5 or 10 sec, then return to a more nominal level.

I did get a blister at the base and it took awhile to heal. Every time I pumped it would reopen. I also started clamping 10 min X 2 at the time and the two things together gave me a blister.

I will tone it back to going no higher than 10HG.
