Only Length, Only Girth or Both?
Hey guys, sorry if I’m asking the basics too much. As much as I can I’m using the searcher, but don’t always get the answer I’m searching.
So as I already mentioned in the title, I see a lot of guys doing both stretching, jelqing, clamping and ADS at the same time. Do you think the results are faster if you focus just on lenght or girth separately? Or you think it’s better to include both? Thans for your answers in advance.. Peace!
