Only Length, Only Girth or Both?

Hey guys, sorry if I’m asking the basics too much. As much as I can I’m using the searcher, but don’t always get the answer I’m searching.

So as I already mentioned in the title, I see a lot of guys doing both stretching, jelqing, clamping and ADS at the same time. Do you think the results are faster if you focus just on lenght or girth separately? Or you think it’s better to include both? Thans for your answers in advance.. Peace!

I used to be a proponent of length first and THEN girth.

Now I no longer believe this.

I work both simultaneously.

If your dick hits it’s maximum in either dimension I reckon it will automatically focus gains on the other dimension
