Pumping routine benefits with a dose of mild clamping?

O.K., so I’ve been doing some pumping for awhile. I really dig the effects: girth seems like it’s on the rise (and yes, that’s about as specific as I can get- always told I had good girth, and it seems to go up proportional to my EL gains so I don’t really measure it anymore). But it’s obvious, girth is going up.

But I have also noticed that the “pumper’s plump” does recede quite a bit if you don’t keep it up, and have also noticed somewhat of a decrease in externally obvious vascularity.

With that in mind, I’ve added a taste of LIGHT clamping to my routine- just one 10 minute set 4x a week, after my stretching. The first thing I’ve noticed is that my dick feels really good from it.

Keep in mind, this is really LIGHT clamping, just enough to clamp off a slightly expanded wood with some good veinage. Clamping, to my mind (and experiences) is by far among the most dangerous PE moves.

Disclaimer issued, I really feel that this LIGHT and occasional clamping is a good compliment to pumping because it expands the dick in exactly the opposite way than what you experience when you pump- i.e. pumping “pulls” you from the outside, in (which is waht draws the fluid between the internals and the skin) and clamping “pushes” from the inside, out (thus emphasizing a “flush” of the tissues and internals with blood).

I’m going to keep at this kind of complimentary pumpin/clamping and see what comes of it. First result is a more “meaty” looking dick, not as spongy, feeling more dense, and definitely gaining back my mean-dicked vascularity which, for me, was obscured by post pump “plumpness”

Damn, it is funny that you brought this up today, I was thinking the exact same thing last night while I was pumping, I didn’t have a clamp so I did a manual and got a great pump and the vascular effect was great. I used to do a pump and clamp routine that was great, for some dumb reason I did not stick to it.

I actually have been playing with making a thread on this myself:)

My current routine is 20 minutes jelqing followed by 2 X 10 minutes of pumping every other day.

Girth is definitely increasing with me as well and I also think length is coming slowly along.

Since my routine is only every other day, I have started with one clamping set at 10 minutes on my offday.

Some people think pumping gains are impermanent, and I might agree, but I do think that if pumping is heavily supported with manual labour it will become cemented by time.

Just did my third light clamping session and enjoying the effects: much more vascular and less “spongy” looking/feeling. For some reason my positive PI’s are skyrocketing too. Having harder erections (even though I train to a pretty high level of fatigue), gauranteed morning wood, and VERY quick recovery after fucky-fucky…can you say double play? Flaccid great, especially girthwise. I’m keeping at this.

Can youtell us more about your regime and th stretching referred to in your initial post?

At the moment I’m doing a Stretch - Clamp (15mins) - Jelq (7 mins) - Pump (10 min) mix.
Repeat.
Then stretch out.

I’m awaiting my anti-turtle kit too.
Seems to work very well although I havent been able to do it too consistently.
I’m quite a seasoned clamper so I can deal with the pressure. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone new to it though.
Although I get alot of lymphatic build-up I get a more solid hang all day. I won’t be able to see whether its working for me fully until I can do it at least 3 days a week.
