Pumping routine benefits with a dose of mild clamping?
O.K., so I’ve been doing some pumping for awhile. I really dig the effects: girth seems like it’s on the rise (and yes, that’s about as specific as I can get- always told I had good girth, and it seems to go up proportional to my EL gains so I don’t really measure it anymore). But it’s obvious, girth is going up.
But I have also noticed that the “pumper’s plump” does recede quite a bit if you don’t keep it up, and have also noticed somewhat of a decrease in externally obvious vascularity.
With that in mind, I’ve added a taste of LIGHT clamping to my routine- just one 10 minute set 4x a week, after my stretching. The first thing I’ve noticed is that my dick feels really good from it.
Keep in mind, this is really LIGHT clamping, just enough to clamp off a slightly expanded wood with some good veinage. Clamping, to my mind (and experiences) is by far among the most dangerous PE moves.
Disclaimer issued, I really feel that this LIGHT and occasional clamping is a good compliment to pumping because it expands the dick in exactly the opposite way than what you experience when you pump- i.e. pumping “pulls” you from the outside, in (which is waht draws the fluid between the internals and the skin) and clamping “pushes” from the inside, out (thus emphasizing a “flush” of the tissues and internals with blood).
I’m going to keep at this kind of complimentary pumpin/clamping and see what comes of it. First result is a more “meaty” looking dick, not as spongy, feeling more dense, and definitely gaining back my mean-dicked vascularity which, for me, was obscured by post pump “plumpness”
