Pumping schedule question
Hello. I’ve recently decided to try PE again. I purchased a pump and have read numerous posts as well as the Pumpers 101 post. My question to experienced pumpers is: I have extremely limited time due to family, work, etc, and was curious if anyone have made solid gains utilizing ONE session per day while progressively increasing time, etc? It’s impossible for me to get in two or three sessions per day. Any advice or past experiences would be appreciated. Thanks
