Pumping theories/tips

Pumping theories/tips

I just thought we could have a thread about tips or theories that we have about pumping. I just started less than a week ago and think its one of the best methods of PE I have tried.

I do have a question, though. Does anyone increase their pressure every month/few months? Or do most of the vets of pumping stay below 5hg?

Instead of increasing pressure over time, I think it is best to increase time over time.

Constantly increasing pressure only leads to increased chances for injury or discoloration. But increasing the duration of your workouts, prolongs your time at size and thus improves your chances to cement your gains.

I am sure you will experiment with pressures over 5, but in the long run, it is best to stay below 5.

When I increased my pressure and kept my time the same I got a ton of discoloration. I increased my pressure because I didnt “feel it” anymore at 7 hg. Big mistake, at least for me.

You all are still missing the point... The story was great and all but should have ass (and) some anal in it.- RWG

Thanks for the input, guys.

Has anyone ever done periodization (like in weightlifting). Say you incorporate one week of 7hg-10hg for 5-10 minutes per day (Only 3 days/week), then you go back to the 2-4hg for 1/2 hour (with breaks) 5-7 times a week. Like, say, every 4th week or so, you do the “high intensity” pumping.

Any thoughts if this would be good/bad? Anyone tried it? I know almost all hardcore athletes do this type of training (periodization), but, maybe PEing is a lot different than other types of training.
