Pumping
Ok so I’ve been pumping for a couple months at best now. My cylinder was a little too big, so I haven’t been pumping for a month waiting on my 1.75 cylinder. I see a lot of people doing 10 min set pumps, but one says expansion occurs best at 20 plus minutes. What would be the best way to start back fresh to improve EQ and still make gains? This will basically be my go to exercise because I seem to always run into problems with jelquing.
