Questions about cylinders

I want to gain girth. Any length gain is a bonus.

My girth is around 4.75 inches MS and 5+ at the base. I am 7+ BPEL.

1) Does it really matter about packing the tube if one wants to gain girth? I mean could I just save myself some money by getting the 2 inch cylinder instead of the 1.75?

2) What are the cheapest cylinders that are real cylinders that don’t dig into your skin the the fish tank gravel cleaner that I got today? (websites would be nice)

I got a mityvac pump for 35$ US at a car store and a 2 by 10 inch gravel cylinder for 13 bucks. I tried it but it digs into the skin too much. It’s unbearable so I want to order one. I had an LA pump once but sold it. It was great but is there anything cheaper?

Please don’t just say search because I’ve tried already. If anyone can provide thread links that’d be swell.

I am 5.25” girth and the 2” is pretty damn big. You may want to consider a 1.75”. I ordered a 1.75” Monday to use and work into the 2”. Just my .02

The tube is 8” long. I actually buy into the theory that if you were to pack the excess room loosley with cotton packing so that you would limit the pull forward, that may exert more forces on the expansion side to side/ up and down in the tube where there is available tube space. This would cause more emphasis on girth enhancement rather than length.

I pump at 3-5hg for 10-15 minutes in a JD 2”. I am new to pumping, but if you check the pumping 101 thread, it has similar q&A that may be useful.

You can gain girth without packing the tube. A greater problem is if you pack the tube at the head before packing the tube at the base.

As to choosing a cylinder larger than your current girth indicates, the most significant problem you will run into is keeping your testicles from getting sucked into the cylinder.

Did you try Plastidip on the gravel cylinder?

The Jim Diamond cylinder is a reasonable lower cost recommendation. I would recommend it over the Kaplan cylinder. There is a thread here on it: Jim Diamond cylinders at PictureBrite

I just bought the pump and cylinder from this idiot on ebay. It was USED, and WREAKED, and was dipped in MOTOR OIL. The package was closed with scotch tape!!!! The coupling was busted! Asshole doesnt even return my emails

Something weird here dude! I would make sure that he’s not using satellite locations to ship from. There may be some weird shit going on with his “warehousers” that he is unaware of! Motor oil? WTF?? Something’s weird there man.

These guys depend on feedback for future sales. I can’t imagine them knowingly sending shit like that! Ebay has other routes that you can take to get this resolved. You may want to consider those!
