Rate My Routine (Water Pumping)
Hey folks,
I’ve been taking a conservative approach now that I’m back on my journey here. I’m about 3 months consistent having built up my vacuum time slowly, and gone down in pressure after reading safety concerns:
-1 day on, 1 day off
-5 minute heat up with a rice sock followed by a 5 minute downward stretch where I try to keep tension all across my unit.
-Currently at 10 minutes of vacuum time with hot water, going in with a full erection at about 5hg, followed by a massaging of it.
That’s it.
I’m curious to hear what total duration of vacuum time folks think I ought to build up to in a single day, and whether said time should be split into sessions.
I can’t say I’ve had any progress thus far which is perfectly fine by me as I consider this to be a conditioning phase, and I’m not injuring myself beyond the occasional edema which has been less prevalent as I go along.
I am mostly going for girth at this point as it seems to me more likely to gain in than length.
