Worked out again today. Was gonna take it off but woke up in the middle of the night with a super boner. And again this morning, I had killer wood, so I said screw it, and worked out/pumped. warm-up, stretches, 100 jelqs and then warm water in the BM for 10 minutes-400 kegels, FG was 5 1’2”. Another 5 minutes cold, another 200 kegels and girth hit 5 5/8”. Five minutes more of warm water and another 200 kegels put my FG at 5 3/4”. Did 2 minutes of Firegoat rolls and then cold water pumped for another five minutes, and 200 kegels. Girth hit (very briefly) 6 inches. Within about two minutes it was back down to 5 3/4”. Edged for a few minutes with my girth hitting 5 3/4” for a few minutes. More than likely, I’ll take tomorrow off. But not if I wake to killer wood. If I’m getting that as a positive indicator, I will likely pump again, at least for a short while.
