Yeah, I am taking a break. That’s what I meant by “taking it easy”. I will not be doing PE for a couple weeks. The 5 1/2” erect girth was not an out of the pump measurement, it was just my girth this morning when I got a Woody.

So that’s like an 1/2” unpumped EG increase ,right ?

Yes, it would seem so, and I hit it again this morning. And I was 5 3/4” around the base, where I don’t have (unfortunately) a baseline starting measurement. So, hopefully that 1/2” in mid-shaft girth is permanent, and I will just call the next two or three weeks a combination injury recovery/ deconditioning break. My post pump girth measurements seem to have flat lined for the past couple months. Maybe a few weeks off will get me healed up and unconditioned enough go for one last big push, hopefully to 6 inches in girth. Okay, maybe 6 1/4”. Ha!

Are you still using the extender post work out mate?

Well, I’m not currently working out. But I really only stuck with the extender for about a month after I got it. It’s a bit of a hassle, and I just really like leaving my dick hanging full and fat, rather than stretching it out right away. Also the base/cylinder circumference on the vac-extender is a bit tight for my post pump base girth. I will re-asses my routine as I start back up.

I’m in the same boat raybbaby. The cylinder is slightly too small for my post girth expansion. It’s still abit narrow even when I haven’t used my BM.

Thanks. Nothing makes me wanna do PE as much as when I just can’t. On a positive note, my clogged up lymph vessel seems to be getting smaller everyday.

Still no more working out the ol’ penis. Measured it today and it doesn’t seem as if I’ve lost anything. Was at just shy of 5 1/2” mid girth, and 5 3/4” at the base. Maybe I’ll find it easier to gain after this injury/de-con break. I think today marks about the tenth day off. The lymph vessel feels like it is getting smaller all the time. Except for two small, hard nodules that appeared just a few days ago. I’m sure the less I worry about it, the sooner it will get better.

Thursday will mark 3 weeks. It sucks, Clogged vessel feels clear except for a small lump up by the corona. Which is weird, initially the lumpiness was more at the base. It made sense that there would be big lumps where the vessels are bigger. Strange that there is now a lump out at where the vessels become smaller. Hopefully it will be better in this next week.

Maybe. I’m afraid to turn my dick orange though. Don’t know of any reason to think iodine would effect a sclerotic lymph vessel.

I had a blocked lymph vessel on and off for the first few months of pumping, aspirin and warm massage seemed to clear it up in

A few days each time, since the it’s never come back.

Also been trying the cold water cooldown for a few days, not sure what to make of it yet, anyone else doing it ?

I’ve been doing the cold water cool down after 18-20 mins in the bathmate since I started using it. I don’t have any comparisons unfortunately.

I used the BM for several months before I started the cold water cool down. For me, I got the opposite effect than I expected. I figured cold water would equal instant retraction and shrinkage. Instead I get a bigger, firmer flaccid. My post pump penis is not only bigger, but also has more “heft” to it.

I haven’t had any negative effects from the cold water, if it does result in a better post pump size I wonder why ?

Maybe the cold makes the tunica stiffen up which could translate into a slightly higher internal pressue ? Then as it warms back

Up you get a bit of extra expansion.

I’m sure the cold has a positive effect on reducing inflammation which can’t hurt either.
