Just did my usual session. Only 250 jelqs, but that’s probably OK considering I had five days off. Pumped up to 180, then 190 at the one minute mark, and then to 200 by two minutes. Just did Kegels, and every time I did 200 of them I would do some five way stretches, pulling on the bathmate tube, then resume Kegels. My fresh out the tube girth hit 6 1/8”, and was still that thick after cold water soaking it for my “cool down” Total of 1000 Kegels. All in all, a pretty good return to pumping. Now I’m trying to decide if I should hit it again tomorrow, or take a day off. I think I will judge it by how I feel tomorrow morning.
