Replace edging with low pressure pumping?

Replace edging with low pressure pumping?

My theory about edging is you need to keep an erect or at least semi-erect state after your training so you heal in a bigger state. If I’m right, pumping seems like it would serve the same purpose better. Since I presently edge for 40 minutes, I was thinking of maybe replacing it with 40 minutes of 3 HG pumping.

Have you tried it before? If so, did you see any improvement by switching from edging to pumping?

I don’t know if your idea will work, but I do know that as a beginner pumper you can’t go directly to a 40 minute routine. You should start out at 10 minutes and over a week or two slowly build your way up to 30 minutes and then evaluate from there if going to 40 minutes is even necessary.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Since I’m used to intense training, I figured out I would start with two ten minutes sessions. Seeing no real discomfort, I also do my usual training after. There doesn’t seem to be any negative effect, I just feel more stretched a few hours after.

But you think it would be better to have one shorter session and increase its length rather than do many 10 minutes sessions for conditioning? So I should pass from two 10 minutes sessions to maybe one of 15 minutes and increase by 1 or 2 minutes everyday until I reach 30 minutes?

For me, the best results by far come from continuous sessions with no breaks, so your second option.
