RWG's Attack on Length
7 months into PE here guys and currently I have nothing to brag about for size gained… I’m changing my routine to reflect the following…
Evening Workout
A) Warm up with a heating pad (10 minutes) Stretch for 10 minutes / followed by DLD Blasters, 100 laying down with a kegel prior to each tug and 50 going down with a kegel prior and a 5 second count..
B) 100 quality jelqs.
C) Pump @ 6 - 9 HG for 6 minutes w/ the heating pad wraped around the tube (the heat makes it feel so much better:)
Repeat “B” and “C” for a total of 400 jelqs
AM workout / Depending on feedback from vets…
Wake up about 30 minutes before the wife and do 20 minutes of the pump @ 3 - 5 HG, take a shower and head off to work…
I did this routine 3 days last week and the feeling I had while at work was a different one.. The trout seemed really ready to pull for the stretch by the time the evening workout came around…
