Selecting Your Cylinder Size

I am going to predict the future. If you buy a 2” tube, you will end up thinking it was a waste of money.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Does this air pumping offer permanent gains over time?

I’ve a question about glans-size / general girth & pumping and the use of a mushroom cylinder for that reason.

Few weeks ago I’ve added pumping to my PE training as I heard it works really well with girth gains. Atm I’m using a 1,75” cylinder with 9” length, which works very well - esp. In combination with the extender that I’ve been using for several months. Stretching and pumping + jelqing seems to be a great combination. Thing is: I notice the girth of my shaft is gaining much better than the glans. I thought that maybe a mushroom pump would be helpful, but the ones sold at thickwall () for example are like 13cm stage X and then a second stage with larger diameter after that. Now I read, that pressure is distributed equally - so there should be no difference to the pressure in the “bottom” tube compared to the “head” part of the mushroom-cylinder. That would make the whole set up quite useless unless I’d fill the lower tube completely and then the 13cm would be too short to only let my glans stick out as I am 17,x cm erect in the tube atm. And aiming to be 18,5 cm NBPEL in the end (trying NOT to go over that margin due to the increased possibility to hurt my partner).

What to do in this case? As I am aiming for 14,5 cm girth (also not going over that margin) while I am in the 12,x realm atm I thought - “Maybe I should buy a mushroom cylinder next.” - something that would get my shaft to 14,5 but not over that and would let my glans grow so, that the “rim” would nicely go over the girth of the shaft (so be some % larger than the shaft). Would it be necessary to get a cylinder custom made, that would allow for the shaft to reach the desired 14,5 cm but not more (which would be best here?) and the glans to just reach the region where it can expand further while the whole penis should be 18,5 NBPEL in the end. Also pumping and stretching wise - what would be a suitable pump-size or BPFSL so that this would roughly end up with 18,5 NBPEL? (I’m slim with next to no fat.)

It is entirely possible I am worrying way too much about the whole thing and the actual solution may be pretty simple, but as I am not yet very experienced with pumping I’m looking for help here.

Thanks for your thoughts and tips gentlemen!
Tamashii

(Re-)Started: 15.4 cm NBPEL / 11.7 cm EG (1st Dec. 2014), switched to BPFSL measurement 2015:

15th Jan 2015: 17.0cm BPFSL x 12.1cm EG; 25th Feb 2015: 18.5cm BPFSL x 12.5cm EG

Goal: 18.5 x 14.5 cm NBPEL

There are head pumps available. I think autoextender has one(products forum)

I would use a constricting silicone sleeve(available on ebay and with some product avertisers in the product forum or DIY).
I put on my sleeve and another one on top with the glans in the open and pump in a normal cylinder.
When I do that the vaccum is mostly focused on the glans. I dont search for gains. I jsut discovered it.

The thing is the glans is very stretchy and wi get back to normal size.

There are also some more threads on the forums if you search for glans/head in the title.

Thanks a lot for this suggestion dickerschwanz!
This way I could use any regular tube with sufficient size to achieve my goals - would be a 2” cylinder in my case I guess. Combined with the sleeve you mentioned, that would make a “mushroom-cylinder” setup with no trouble concerning the length of the penis.

I shall go and look for a sleeve then (for use later in the game).

Using a silicone sleeve to restrict the shaft is certainly a more economical approach, plus I am not convinced those mushroom head cylinders work and they are very expensive.

I’ve been looking for actual examples and options for purchase - but did not yet find anything useful yet.
A search for “silicone pumping sleeve” yields a lot of results and interesting information but real purchase options or hints were not obtainable for me.

If you have a good one or know where to get one please share with me, thanks!

I don’t know anything about this sleeve, I just found it. Look at all of the dimensions closely to see if it suits your needs.

Edit, Whoops you need this: http://www.absi licone.com/peni … ing-sleeve.html

This week I started PE by buying a Hercules. I tried stretching but to me it is boring.

I am 5.8 inches in length and I want to be 7-8 inches. I thought Hercules is best for me.

I don’t know if I use it in erect or flaccid.
And also It measures 1 or 2 cm shorter I think . Am I wrong?

I understand you want the bathmate hercules? Better buy a real pump with a gauge. Much better.

I prefer to enter the tube erect, this way I get true expansion quicker (which also means more work with less fluid build up).

Agreed what Walter just said. I only go in flaccid when I use the BM as an warm up tool before other exercises like wet jelqing that I prefer to do after warming up in the BM. I only do short pumping sets.. if I use my BM and focus more on manual exercises.

Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"

Heat is the key!

Thank you and also to Walter I will use it 10 minutes for my main. I will also do some warm up stretching about 5 - 6 minutes. Is it okay for beginning ? Shh.. I’m just a bit away from topic.
