Selecting Your Cylinder Size

So this is what I have been missing out on with a professional pump, I’m going to love using this. It seems like they are a solid bet for those on a budget, who are in the UK and cannot afford the thickwall cylinders.

Hi Richard/All

In the UK too and also looking for an upgrade in pump and cylinders having come from a bathmate only

There are some cracking deals to be found on Amazon. I have just bought this https://www.ama … /dp/B01KOHR452/ for £15 which seems to be a 9x 2" cylinder - it has a flange for comfort too but has a shitty cheap pump so I m getting this for a further £12

There is a bigger calexotic one - they seem to be pretty good cylinders but cheap pumps so I will let you know

Thanks for posting that. After seeing first hand what the Stallion pumps are like I can safely recommend them. There is no leakage and it fits comfortably. Not a bad price and a supplier that can provide multiple sizes that comes with a good pump. Fast postage too!

Penis size start: 05/03/2020, 6.0 NBPEL / 6.3 BPEL | 5.1 - 4.5 EG (base to tip)

Aim: enhance my existing penis health rather than gain any significant changes, but a more uniform girth would be welcomed.

Yep they do look good but I have bought mine now! I do think the flange base looks good. I would get a red ring sometimes from the bathmate I used. Are you planning to use a silicone seal with those tubes?

Hopefully will arrive on Saturday after VE day celebrations. It might be too small but the 2.5 x 12 looks ridiculous!

Both my tubes fit perfectly without a seal, once the seal is made around my base there is virtually zero leakage which I am very impressed with. Yeah, too big and it just gets uncomfortable too.

Sorry If this question has been posted many times, but here we are !

I am 5.6” Mid-Shaft, but Base I am around 6”. Base width is 2”. Currently I use 2.25” which I pack fairly easily about 1.5” along the shaft. Also I have zero edema at the end of the session. I tried to purchase 2” cylinder, but could not find at the local online sex shops, all they have is 2.25” or bigger. Should I bother and try to purchase 2” tube from overseas, or I can continue doing it that way? I have the feeling that 2” will be uncomfortable. My goal is whatever comes, length or girth, it does not matter.

hi guys, ive just a couple of answer about pumping.
what’s the best cilinder size for gaining in lenght ? and while pumping is better if there is an air gap between the tube and the penis or the skin has to reach the tube ?

actually i’m 9 BP 5,5 EG and i got 2 pumps

the first pump is Internal Diameter: 2 inch (5.3cm) Length: 12 inches (30.5cm)

the second is Internal Diameter: 1 3/4 inch (4.8cm) Lenght 9 inches (23 cm)

Starting 15/02/14 NBP 16,5 EG 12 Today BP 20 NBP 17,5 EG 12,7 Goal NBP 19,5 EG 14,5 DREAM NBP22EG15

Do not buy the 2” as it would be a waste of money. Your 2.25” is perfect for you.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

The 1.75 would be best for length, but you are already at 9 inches and that is very good. I would be using that 2 inch that will give you both length and girth and big girth is what makes you look really huge.

Hi gprent,

First of all thank you so much for your contributions to this topic.

I have a Kaplan XL pump which indicates it is 2 1/2” diameter. I mostly pack it. I am focused only on length. What would you suggest?

Packing a 2.5” diameter cylinder implies a girth of 7.85”. Impressive!

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I can’t tell you anything unless you provide your erect length and base girth. You can double check your tube ID (inside diameter) with a ruler. Also look at this sizing table on the first post of this thread: Selecting Your Cylinder Size

I am definitely not 7.85”. My wife would kill me.
I am 6.5” at the base but with pumping it expands to fill the pump. I touch at the base and then a few small gaps and touch again at the glans.
I plan on trying a sleeve inside the pump to restrict the girth expansion.

Is it possible your cylinder is 2.25” i.d. and not a 2.5”? A 2.25” tube is 7.06” circumference.

Just measured and it is 2 1/2” diameter. Not that big of an issue since it is not painful. Might see if I can find one slightly larger and see what happens.
