Selecting Your Cylinder Size

I can’t figure out which size elliptical to buy. I want more length and some girth. Currently 7.5-7.75. MEG. 5.8 base girth 6.2. Help please. Lol.

I pack my 2.0 cylinder tube and it feels good.

Hello, I’ve big trouble finding a suitable package of pump and cylinder on the regular sites, anyone have some good suggestions for me?

My size is slightly above 8 inches long and

7 inches in base girth.

Thx in advance!

Starting stats:

8 BPEL, 6,5 EG

Since you live in Sweden, I would recommend Thickwall in the UK and buy their starter kit: https://thickwa ll.co.uk/shop/p … s/starter-kits/

The only hitch is you have a large starting size so you might like a cylinder larger then the 9" length in the starter kit. The ideal cylinder for you would be their 10"X2.5" which is a big cylinder for a big guy, but to save money the package price starter kit would be a 9"X2.5". Maybe you could work out with them getting the starter kit price with the larger length cylinder.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey Fredde!

I bought my pump from Thickwall and are very satisfied with both the service and the product.

Thickwall are really good as they will provide you with a longer cylinder than the 9 inch from the starter kit. Just email them and they will size you up as part of the starter offer.

Hi I am new to this, I wanted to start with a pump. I am in america, can I order from thickwall too or what site do you recommend? I am 3-4" flaccid and 5.5-6.5 when I am hard. I am aiming for length and girth

Hey, new member, first post. I am new to pumping and looking to purchase my first pump. Goal is to gain length and girth. Measurements are: 6.5 inches erect; 4.5 inch girth at middle and 4.5 inches at base. Saw an old thread recommending the following pump:
Penis Pump LeLuv MAXI 9 or 12 Inch Length Untapered Cylinder Diameter 1.35-3.50" | eBay

Is this a good beginner pump? What size do you recommend? Appreciate the insight and replies.

That is a very good pump and the one you want with a gauge. Look at the first post in this thread for the cylinder sizing table. You want either a 9"X1.5" or a 9"X1.75" cylinder depending on your goals. The 9"X1.75" would last you the longest before having to upgrade to the next size because of girth increases.

Sorry Dgs17, I missed your post. You also want the pump from this site: Penis Pump LeLuv MAXI 9 or 12 Inch Length Untapered Cylinder Diameter 1.35-3.50" | eBay
Select your cylinder size from the table shown in the first post of this thread you are in right now.

Appreciate the reply. Off to eBay I go to purchase the 9”x1.75”. Thank you! What thread should I be reading on how safely begin pumping?

This is an oldie but goodie and long, but it has a lot of good pointers: Vacuum Pumping 101

The Readers Digest version:

Do pube trimming around the base of your cock so hairs don’t make an air leak path. I shave everything but it’s best to shave at least the base area of your cock where the cylinder makes contact. I just soap up in the shower and use a Gillette Trac5 razor.

I don’t use a lube anymore because I like to pump dry, but pumping with a lube is also very good, but there is more clean up afterwards. A good "lube" for dry pumping is cornstarch baby powder. I also always enter the tube erect, but if that is trouble, at least try for a good semi.

I always wrap a heat pad around my tube while pumping to keep my cock warm which aids in expansion and also keeps condensation from building up inside the tube. I use a 8"X14" Thermipaq you can find in Walmart: https://www.wal mart.com/ip/The … -Large/39666944

That pumping 101 thread has good starting times but doesn’t mention pressure. Start with just 3inhg for 5 to 10 minutes and do that for several days to a week. Say 1 day on 1 day off or 2 on 1 off. You want to avoid getting red spots that are ruptured capillaries from too much pressure.

As your conditioning progresses, start your routine @ 3inhg and after a few minutes increase to 4"hg and pump for 10 to 15 minutes. Slowly over a few days increase this time up to 20 minutes. Then after a week or so, always start your routine at a low pressure of 3-4 and after a minute or two increase to 5inhg and pump for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once this is going great, keep using 5inhg as your max pressure (always smart to begin your routine at 3 and work up to 5 over a minute or two) and increase your total continuous time in the tube to 25 and then 30 minutes. Once you reach this level, you are fully conditioned and can stay here until you stop seeing gains and then branch out on your own.

When selecting length, choose a cylinder that is between 1 and 2 inches longer then your bone pressed erect length.

For selecting diameter, use the table below.

<table class=”tborder” cellpadding=”4” cellspacing=”1” border=”0” align=”center” width=”50%” style=”text-align: center”><tr><td class=”tcat”><strong>Base Girth</strong></td><td class=”tcat”><strong>Cylinder Diameter</strong></td></tr><tr><td class=”alt1”>3.50 to 4.50*</td><td class=”alt1”>1.50</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt2”>4.75 to 5.25*</td><td class=”alt2”>1.75</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt1”>5.50 to 6.00*</td><td class=”alt1”>2.00</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt2”>6.25 to 6.75*</td><td class=”alt2”>2.25</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt1”>7.00 to 7.50*</td><td class=”alt1”>2.50</td></tr><tr><td class=”alt2”>7.75 to 8.25*</td><td class=”alt2”>2.75</td></tr></table>

*If you are at the upper limit and are going for length, select the cylinder diameter straight across in the table. If you are at the upper limit and are going for girth, select the next cylinder size up. Example: Your base girth measures 5.25. If your goal is length, select the 1.75 cylinder. If your goal is girth, select the 2.0 cylinder.

Hey I am 6” length hard and 5” circumference hard - will I need a 2.00 or 1.75? I want to increase length and girth

The size chart recommends a 1.75” diameter cylinder for 4.75”-5.25” girth. Get the 1.75” x 8” tube. Or 9” if you prefer.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

If your hard circumference is 5” near the base, get the 1.75”. If your hard circumference near the base is 5.25”, get the 2.0”

Dgs, you will want the smaller tube. To give you context, I’ve a 2inch and I’m 6inches circumference
