Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Only manual PE, normal stretches-jelqs routines.

I want to start pumping. I’ve started recently to clamp. And I want to combine these "new" exercises. Probably something light the first month, 1 on 1 off and then we’ll see.

So, I need some advices regarding the right equipment’s size.

My actual stats are 19,5cm BP or 18,5 NBP so around 7,7 inch BP
My base girth fluctuates around 15 cm and 16 shy cm.. So I would say and average of 6,1 inches? But, I have a "tree" penis, so ,the farthest from the base, the thinner it is.
Around 14 cm MEG and 13 cm 5,1" under the glans.

My, "hope realistic goal" (since I’ve already gained something) is an overall +1 cm girth’s gain. (0,4 inches). Is way important the middle top part
And a 0,4 inches in length too

Soo:
1- I want to start safe already with a good equipment. I’m from EU,Italy, I was thinking of Thick wall
https://thickwa ll.co.uk/shop/p … s/starter-kits/
Can I pump with hot water inside with that?

Or do you suggest something else/brand?

2- I will be more precise with my base girth after this month of clamp, since I’m planning to buy the cylinder and start pumping this new year, but given my measurements and goals in both length and girth (but if I had to chose, definitely girth.) is the 2" internal diameter good?

Thank you!

I think the 2’ from Thickwall could be good because it actually is a little bit bigger than 2’. In cm 2’ is 15,9 cm but my cylinder is 16,7 or even 17 cm.
Send an email to them, they have great support.

I f’d up getting the 2inch cylinder. Luckily it arrived damaged and they said they’ll send the 2.5. It’s too tight at the base. And because of the damage when it arrived I have to use it with a silicone sleeve.

What are you guys opinion on the silicone sleeves at the opening of the cylinder? Seems not to allow my entire penis in the tube. Mainly the base.

I will write to them

2 general questions
Do I need some extra tool, like a silicon cock ring or something else in order to make the cylinder stick to the base and start pumping, or the default cylinder will work properly?

I will monitor the pressure in order to check eventual improvements or to increase gradually the intensity. So, silly question, does the pressure reference “change” in If put water inside the cylinder, or I can stick to the same pressure regarding if that day I’m putting water or not?

Thank you :)

You don’t need a silicon ring to get vacuum.
They send stuff to use when waterpumping but I haven’t tried them out. So I can bee to no help here. I’m sure there are others her that can.

I still say the 9”X2.25” is the cylinder for you. Whatever you end up ordering, let us know when you get it and how’s it going.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Does the silicone ring helps to expand the glans? Kind of like a soft clamp or something

Ok, thanks Patrik!
I’ll ask them. I find water very helpfull to keep warm up the penis. So, if possible, I’ll try to pump with that too.

Hello gprent! Are you referring to me or another user?
If me, do you think 2,22” for a 5,9 ” (sometimes very shy 6,2”.) base girth.. Is not to big?

Btw yes, I’ll keep you updated, also regarding the answers they’re going to give me

So I too the silicone off my 2in tube and it turns out I’m too wide mid and base for the tube. No way did I think I was that wide.

Yes, that was for you. If your girth ranges from 5.9 tp 6.2, the 2.25” diameter cylinder is the one.

Understood. I’ll heed your advice on this too. Thanks!

Start: 5.4" x 4.2", C: 5.4" x 4.2", STG: 7.0" x 5.0", LTG: 8.0" x 6.0"

The Ultimate Goal: 9.0" x 7.0"

One step at a time.

Is it really possible to see permanent length gains staying at 5hg range? I seem to pack the tube when I go over 10hg. I go over 9 inches in the tube. At 5hg I stay around the 8.5-8.75 range.

Hi

I just wanted to know if there is an advantage of choosing a smaller tube in length compared to a longer tube I.e. 9inch compared to a 12 inch in length. I measure at 15 cm erect length but the tubes available to me are 9inch or 12 inch in length.

They are both in the same price range so was wondering if I should just get the 12 inch. Will I get more out of the 12 inch - length gains? Will it hinder gains?

My goal is length at the moment.

Thanks

By the way thanks to the op for this page. I was lost with all the conflicting information on the Web.

From my experience I would say to go with the 9”.

Start: 2/1/19 7.5" BPEL, 5.75" MSEG

Current: 7.875" BPEL, 6.0 MSEG

Goal: 8.75" BPEL, 8.00" NBPEL, 6.68" MSEG

There is no difference in penis response to a 9” or 12” when the penis is under 9”. The 12” could be a little more unwieldy to use. I use 9” tubes.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
