Selecting Your Cylinder Size

I have tried a few methods. I’ve tried starting at 5Hg for 5min then pulse pump to 10Hg for a few cycles then rest at 5 for min and repeat for a total time of 30min.

I have also tried just 5Hg for 20-30min followed by jelqing and sometimes another 15-20min at 3-5Hg dependent on how much edema I have.

I always pump with a heat pad. I even tried 3Hg once and it does hardly anything for me.

Always start low and work you way up instead of going directly to 5inhg. So even though you feel it too much, start at 3inhg for a couple of minutes, then go to 4inhg for a couple of minutes, then go to 5inhg and stay there for 10 minutes. Remember, you are trying to condition your cock to pumping for longer times so start at the 10 minutes and over several days work back up to 20 minutes.

If you have edema and or discoloration or red spots right now, you should let that heal for a week or two before reconditioning yourself slowly so you avoid getting the trauma again. Don’t rush, be patient!

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m currently 7” BP x 5” EG and looking to pick up the LA Pump deluxe package. I also have a slight curve to the left. My main goal with pumping is girth. Should I go with the 1.75 or 2 inch cylinder?

I think I may have answered my own question. I remeasured at the base, and EG is almost 5.5”. I think I’m just going to go with the 9” x 2” cylinder. Is LA Pump still a recommended pump? Or are there more cost effective options with similar quality?

Check out Leluv. Their sold through kodidistributing.com. I would recommend them. For $81.00 you can get the pump, cylinder gauge and free shipping. In my opinion the guage is mandatory and not an option. They have a discount code SAVE5 on $50.00 SAVE10 on $100.00. Check Amazon and Ebay for Leluv.

Thanks, I’ll check it out. Near same quality as the LA Pump?

I was ruminating over an idea recently: What if you got personally fitted for a cock pump that was slightly large than your current max and exactly shaped like what the next mark you’re shooting for? It would have stages similar to the new style clear, fitted orthodontics.

I could see you getting to your next size faster, safer, and easier. The issue would be a hefty cost and much production involved for each cast. Honestly, there probably are methods and materials that could be done on the cheap.

There is no try, just do...

For connection parts like Male Couplers, I was able to find some that fit (1/4 ) for $0.97 at US Plastics (https://www.usplastics.com ). I’m not a representative for them. It’s just that when you are building your own pump it helps to find good quality parts that don’t cost a lot of money.

Do not have anything to do with godless myths and fables of old women. Instead, train yourself to be godly. Physical exercise is of limited value, but Godliness is very dear, a pledge of life, both there and here. This is a trustworthy saying that deserves complete acceptance.

Which pump to buy

Hello all!

Quick question.
It seems that the cylinder size only matter for - not sucking balls in, and - having an equal distribution of the Penis expansion.

Does it still apply (especially point one) if the cylinder has a sleeve, which would keep the balls out?

Is there any other pros for the right size?.

There are 2 pumps to choose from, one is for 20 Pounds the other is around 110. I do understand that the quality might be better, but is it worth the investment? Apart from quality, does the cylinder size matter that much?

The 2 products to choose from :

https://www.ama … /dp/B01D5OBWRC/

https://thickwa ll.co.uk/shop/p … s/starter-kits/

- also for the last one, is it worth to get a sleeve with it?

Thank you all for your time!

Cylinder size always matters.

Can’t really say anything about LA. Never owned one or tried one. I’ve have three Leluv cylinders. Started with a 2” that I out grew. Went with 2 1/4” and didn’t like it. Nothing wrong with it but after packing the 2”, the 2 1/4” left just enough room to get your balls pinched. Not really a big deal just pull your balls down before you start pumping. The other thing is more physiological than anything thing was I wasn’t even close packing except for the base. Then Leluv started selling the 2 1/8” and it solved that problem. Now I’m using only the 2 1/4” and packing it 2/3. Leluv cylinders are inexpensive.

I wish I would have found this forum and page before I ordered mine however I can exchange it before I use it. I didn’t measure the way you recommended, I didn’t press into the bone. My erect length non pressed is 7.5 and girth is 6. I ordered a 2.25x12 tube. I’m going for both length and girth. Did I order the wrong size? Should I return it and get a 2” tube. I want to be able to pack the tube. Thank you for any advice new pumper here waiting to start.

Lately I have been using the LeLuv Smart Pump which is 9” x 2.4”. I like it. Unfortunately you cannot get a larger size in this model.

For someone with 5.1” girth who wants to reach at least 5.5” girth or a bit more, would it be okay to go straight for 2” cylinder or would that be too big and would require a 1.75” cylinder first? I would like to avoid having to buy 2 cylinders if I can get away with only 1.
