STJ pumping?

I have been pumping in my gravel cleaner cylinder for about 9 months now and am looking for a change and i have found instructons on making a stj cylinder and am wondering what the benefits are of using this type of cylinder over the normal gravel cleaner type besides pumping the whole packege. I read somewhere that these types of cylinders help with donut prevention is this true? and also any advice or personal experience from anyone wouuld be greatly appreciated.

The whole suntea jar thing is mainly used by extreme pumpers to gain temporary size, usually as part of a size fetish. If you’re looking for permanent, useable gains, there are better ways to prevent the donut, the such as controlling the pressure you are using to pump with.

so are there no benefits of using this as compared to a normal cylinder? i didnt no about the size thing just thought it had a real world application.
