Strange Pumping Experience

Strange Pumping Experience

I’ve been pumping since Feb. 6, and haven’t had a hitch since I started, until last night.

I was sitting on the couch watching TV and I figured I might as well do some pumping since I hadn’t done any PE yet. I did a warm up and about fifteen minutes of stretching, and I noticed that my penis was abnormally shrivelled. It was looking like it did before I started PE, actually—the way it used to be shriveled all of the time.

I decide to go ahead with my plans to pump, so I go get the pump and lube and bring them into the living room, I do another warm up, and I go into the tube. Much to my surprise, no fluid went into my penis when I began to create a vacuum. Nope, none. The fat pad and some of my scrotum was sucked into the tube, but the one and only change my penis had was a tug toward the end of the tube. No fluid went into it to make it swell, it just moved forward—as if pulled. The pull forward was minor, my penis didn’t even reach its normal flaccid length (it was still semi-shriveled in the tube, while pumping!). I tried and tried to get it to work right. I must’ve looked pretty damn frustrated with it, because my wife was looking at me like I was a serial killer or something. I had the vacuum up to 7 hg and still nothing went into the penis. I just couldn’t get it to work. I finally went into the bathroom and tried to get an erection, but I could only get a semi, which I stuck in the tube and began pumping right away. Finally my penis filled with fluid the way it should, and I thought I was going to have a good pump session. I found out that I was wrong when I released the vacuum after only a few minutes and tried to pump again. My penis was dead, while everything around it was pulled forward by the vacuum.

I’ve never had this experience, and I’m kind of at a loss.

Evening KOG:

I’ve had the same thing happen after a stressful day. Or just being really tired, Sometime this happens when I don’t drink enough water. There’s a lot of reasons. Shake it off—and don’t worry. I think it is common.

Tenn,

Damn, I’m glad someone else has had this experience. It kind of freaked me out. I was worried that a damaged a vein that is important for blood flow into my penis or something. Hehe.

I haven’t been drinking as much water and I’ve been extra stressed out lately, so maybe you hit the nail on the head.

Most of the experienced pumpers recommend getting erect before entering the tube. As you found out, even a semi is better than going in completely flaccid. The blood flow into the corpora cavernosa is released by sympathetic nervous system stimulation. Those arteries aren’t just sitting there open waiting for a vacuum to pull blood from them into the CC. Some state of arousal is necessary.

As far as your flaccid being smaller than normal. Penises grow and shrink in the flaccid state for various reasons. You can’t understand or predict what will be effecting your dick at any moment. Even if you could, it wouldn’t make much difference. Your body is responding and working in a normal manner. Too often men in these forums think any change other than “bigger” is bad. It’s just nature. Don’t try to over-analyze it.

I was just about to respond with something like this. Excellent response by Wrestla!

I pumped for about 2-3 years. I can tell you that some degree of sexual arousal is necessary before you go into the tube. It will also maximize the results of the session.

Ya know, Kog? There are just days when your dick won’t do anything. You can’t get yourself worried about them.
