The Pump and Clamp

Gprent, I think some guys either work with pumping or don’t. I can deff. see a lot of people getting really excited; however, I can see some being reasonable as well. I waited 3 months with my pumping routine (following pump 101) and I didn’t see any real results :/. I figured 3 months would be plenty of time, but I could be wrong considering my short experience.

Anyone ever tried the “Wall Clamp”?

Basically, once you clamp off your erect penis, you press the tip of your penis head against the wall (or a hard surface). The amount of pressure on the walls of the shaft of the penis is supposed to be incredible.

I still haven’t been able to try this as I’m waiting on my Air Clamp to arrive in the mail.

If anyone tries this, I’d love to hear about it - especially if combined in a pumping/clamping routine.

I’m with all you guys. This combination is phenomenal. My girth expansion is off the charts and lasts all day.

I’ve been experimenting with this pump’n’clamp for about a week now.

I’m very reluctant to pump because when I first began PE’ing on a steady routine I initially gained in girth and at that time I measured 5.5 EG. That was great and the wife loved it!!

Well we went on a little vacation(only a couple of days) and when we returned I decided to try and throw my pump into my nightly routine.

Jelqing 10min, Pump 10min, Jelqing 10min, Pump 10min

Without going into a long drawn out story I lost the girth gains I’d made and a little length.
Needless to say I was very disappointed at that turn of events and upset at myself for not cementing the gains I’d made before trying something new.

So I went back to my routine of jelqing every evening and ADS’ing during the day.
I started hanging during the summer and I was comfortable with my routine.

Work got real hectic a couple of weeks ago and with Xmas right around the bend and a week long vacation coming up, I ceased the hanging and as of the last week and a half I have been doing the pump and clamp.

Due to the loss in gains stated earlier I was really nervous to pump again. This time I started at 10 min pumps followed by 15 min clamps.

After about three days of this, I could tell that the 10 min pump was too long, it was causing too much fluid build up than I wanted. After reading this thread over again I noticed how dangleman was only pumping for I believe 3 min pumps. Just enough to get a good blood engorged penis with minimal fluid build up.

I really like this method, and yesterday while clamped I got a measurement of 5 3/4. I’ve measured in the clamps several time over the last couple of months and I would only get up to 5 1/2. So I’m hoping this increase in girth can be turned into permanent growth.

Thanks dangleman for this idea, I hope your girth gains will turn permanent as well.

Iamhere: yes, I only do a couple of minutes in the pump, just to get more fluid in there to stretch the tunica that extra 1/4 inch. It’s the CLAMPING that gives permanent gains. By the way, girthwise we are at the same place, and we both go to 5.5 when clamped alone or 5.75 with pump n/ clamp. I think I am finally getting to where I consistently measure 5.33 pre-PE session, though, instead of 5.25. I would like to cement 5.33 (mid-shaft, 5.6 or so base) within the next month or two.

Biggy Wang: best I can remember, 4 years ago I was about 7 length (now just over 8) and 5 girth (now around 5.3). I have done PE on and off over these years, but usually lost my girth gains during time off.

Something I have noticed is that if I get 100% erect and clamp I do not expand at all.

When I get plump and put the clamp on, kegel and clamp tighter then edge for the set I expand 3/8” whilst clamped. But I go back to my normal girth when I take the clamp off.

Trouble is I don’t seem to be gaining, I measure again at the end of the week and if I still have not gained I will add pumping to my routine. I have gained from pumping before but lost it due to a lay off.

BlueNun: that’s right, you want to be plumped/puffed up but not rock-hard in the clamp. This should actually be BIGGER than your normal rock-hard erection.

How long are your clamping sessions? Are you doing any light squeezes while clamped to increase pressure? It takes time to gain . .sometimes months.

dangleman, my sets are 10 minutes long, I edge for the entire time but do not do any squeezes or bends.

As I said I do expand 3/8” whilst clamped but as soon as I take the clamp off I lose that. Actually as soon as I stop stimulation I lose my erection.

I have not gained any girth, I had hoped for at least 1/16” in 4 weeks of this routine.

I have just started the pump’n clamp routine just on a week ago and I am finding I have already developed a bigger flaccid hang (big enough to have a leg banging swing; oh yeah!).

My routine is:-

5mins hot rice sock

10 mins jelq with a few squeezes thrown in

3 mins pump @ 5hg

10 mins air clamp

3 mins pump @ 5hg

10 mins air clamp

5 mins light rubdown / jelq

Will measure off at the end of the month and see if there is any growth. I know it is artificial but seeing 7.1” in the pump is real good for the ego.

I am very sensitive to pump time…its the damnedest thing. If I just clamp, I can do 15 minutes daily, and hang a heavy flaccid most of the day. If I add more than just a few minutes ( I’m talking 3 in hg) I get contraction and decreased nite wood. I would have never thought so little pumping could have that much effect on me, but it does.

I think I will try 2 minutes to start, follow with 7-10 minutes clamp, another 2 minutes pump and finish with another 7-10 minutes in the clamp and see how that does.

I did that same thing but with 5 minutes for the pumping session and I lost nite wood for 2 days. At the time it was great, great girth expansion, added 1/4 inch in length (in tube) but the after effects showed that it was way too much stress.

I think part of the problem is I have narrowed the opening of my cylinder with plasti-dip, so it acts like a cock ring and increases the internal pressure. I usually don’t get red dots until I go above 5 in hg, but with the narrowed opening, I at first got them at 3 in hg…so I’m sure that is part of what is going on.

In the past though, any thing past 5 in hg would cause immediate negative PIs…you for some of you guys that have problems pumping cut down the time and vacuum and you will probably see a big improvement.

You can’t really go by other peoples guide lines…there is a huge difference in our ability to tolerate stress to our units…you have to find what is right for you.

Heck of an idea here. I might need to build or buy a pump for this as I have reached a plateau on girth gains. I’ll be following this thread to see what gains you guys are making.

Sparkyxx - reduce your pump time even further. It’s the clamping that gets the permanent gains. Just clamp a couple minutes before and between clamping sessions to increase your max. expansion and put max. pressure on the tunica.

Sounds about right to me (except your 3rd sentence, second word I assume should be “pump”.) I’m gonna go to 2 minutes for 2 sets…thanks!

What kind of PIs do you see afterwards…for how long?
