You might have been pumping excessively hard for YOU. Remember, PE is individual specific. 1 10 min set at 4 HG may be nothing for someone and too much for someone else.
Is this a sign over too much or is it a good pi?

Boomboom when you say tight flaccid are you referring perhaps to have a semi hard flaccid for a long time?

Like my flaccid will be smaller than usual and kind of hard I think I found the problem I was pumping too hard I has hurt 200 mm on the pump every time 2-3 time a day it was just too much suction

I think you experienced what is called here “firm flaccid”. You PE’d too aggressively(aka traumatized your penis) and the tissues contracted.
Starting stats: 6.4" / 5.6" Current Stats: 7.4" / 5.8" Short term goal: 7" / 6" Long term goal: 8" / 6.5"
