Tight Foreskin Issue

I’m currently doing a routine which consists of:

10 mins at 4hg

10 mins at 5hg

10 mins at 6hg

with 5 mins rest along with jelqing.

I’m uncut and no matter what I try, the foreskin ends covering the glans towards the end of each set. This is causing a lot of tightness around the foreskin which makes it a little difficult at first to pull the skin back over the glans.

I also have vertical stretch marks on the foreskin now due to doing this.

I have got some length gains and don’t really want to stop, so looking for any advice to how I can avoid this or help limit this going forward?

I’m cut, but I can tell you the first area to get edema when I pump is what little remains of my once proud foreskin.

Think it’s worth continue pumping whilst I look at stretching the skin at the same time? Really don’t want to stop losing the gains but not sure if it will prevent any further gains.

Tricky one to answer I guess as everyone will be different.

Not sure other PE I could do in the meantime for length as it’s mainly around that area.

I have just found the VLC-X which looks like it could work.

Duct tape to the rescue of foreskins

An old timer pumping expert on these forums, PEFOREAL, recommended that us uncut guys use duct tape. I don’t know if you can get your foreskin back behind your glans, but if you can, it is very simple.

First get a hard on before you go in the tube. Pull your foreskin back and have ready for application, a strip of duct tape about two inches longer than your girth. Before I pumped, I always cut a length of duct tape and stuck it to the edge of my sink area so that when I get hard, I can wrap it around my foreskin pulled back on my upper erect shaft , and then pressed it firmly to seal it. Going into the tube came next

Before I did this, I had horrible fluid build up in my foreskin from pumping. But this duct tape method alleviates/prevents the build up of fluid in the foreskin, 100%. Good luck.

At the moment the skin is quite tight but I can get it back easily enough with some lube or cream. The only thing at the moment with it being so tight it hurts quite a bit when I try to start pumping with it retracted, even at very low pressure.

I presume with duct tape you would need to be dry for that to remain in place? not tickle slightly when removing it? What size of duct tape did you use? Would something like the self-adhesive tape help or did you not try that? only asking as I have some now that I can try but no duct tape.

Bro. Go to Peforeal’s threads and read his instructions. I did a little reading awhile ago checking his threads on his homepage. He actually recommends that you pull the foreskin forward and tape it around your glans. It all pulls off pretty easily once you break the seal of the tape by tugging forward to get it off your dick. I used ordinary silver duct tape that I got at Home Depot.

You could try other adhesive tapes like you mentioned. I haven’t. The duct tape worked so well.

I do not remember from my pumping days whether I was lubed or dry, but I suspect dry because when I pulled the tape off, I remember using a washcloth to remove some of the tape’s residue with a washcloth after I had removed the tape.

Have fun. Pumping is so encouraging. Someday I hope to get back into it.

I had the same issue, 3 things I did:
1. Bind your balls, this will keep pressure on your frenulum and will displace edema. Use 1 or more silicone or other rings.
2. Reduce the time and increase pressure, edema takes time to buildup. Higher pressure has it’s risks, so read up on it an be careful.
3. Go in erect. You can check if you’re in correct and stop when it starts to bulge.

The skin that is stressing because of the edema will get very thin, if you don’t change your routine you will have to take a long break some. Don’t use cortisone cream and pump, the cream can reduce your stretch marks by thinning your skin even more (so only on long breaks)

If you have a tight foreskin then stretch it with you fingers, it doesn’t sound like you have a very tight foreskin. But if your unsure, get 4 fingers (index and middle) in your foreskin and gently pull and stretch the foreskin ring(name?). It will soften up after a couple of weeks, then it will just stretch along when you pump.

High pressure helped me with the edema, 3x a day 10min instead of 1 or 2 longer sessions. But be careful, it toke me 1 month to go from 6 to 10 inhg, but when you’re advanced enough you will understand.

This might help as well: use some face cream with vitamin A on the stretched skin. Hard to tell if it helps but it might.

I can easily get my fingers in and stretch so will try that too. I have some 100% natural stretching balm which is supposed to be great for people who like to stretch their ear lobs and alike so any skin is going to benefit from it. Hopefully.

I keep changing my routine to be honest and can comfortably remain at 10hg for 10 minutes but I also spend longer sets with lower pressure so will try a few sets of high pressure along with the skin stretching and see what happens in a couple of weeks.

Huge question

Basically, throughout my life (Until age 17) I had never pulled my foreskin back to clean or even to masturbate, I was scared to in fact. I used to think I either didn’t have a bellend or I was too scared to find out.

When I eventually realised this is not normal and I need to go to the doctor, it was there that I found out I needed to clean as when retracted my glans were stuck to my skin with crusty smeg (Didn’t smell, but was hard and crusty). My foreskin almost ripped from how stuck it was, very sore!!

My question is, because of this, my foreskin being stuck in a certain place for years. Could this of prevented my penis from growing. I also find that my penis does not expand as it should, non erect girth is 4”1/4 while my erect girth is 4”1/2. This concerns me greatly. My penis does not expand and does not get rigid like it used to during my teenage years. My teenage dick would get erect but would just stop at the end of the foreskin and never retract any further from it being stuck. Could this of stopped its growth?

I am now 21 and am fully sure that I restricted my dick growth and have lead to it not functioning as it should, due to not enough blood being able to engorge my dick.

There are few important topics here. First, size. Depending how you measured that, that’s either slightly lower than average size or average size. Proper method to do that is to push ruler above penis until it touches bone. It’s called bone-pressed measuring and average length is about 5.5 inches. It’s actually good size, because many men forget average size is bigger than 50% of all men. Some people have 3 inches and that becomes problem, but around 5 is fine. And when person still wants to be bigger, it’s possible to do PE or lose weight to make visible part of penis bigger (up to 2 inches can be hidded by pubic fat or even more).
Second, generally body knows how to keep at least minimal maintenance. It’s why we have morning woods and actually few more erections while sleeping. That should keep general functionality. But above that probably depends on habits. I’m pretty sure person who keeps erection for hour+ daily has move developed system than person who ignores sexual urges completely. Because such activity must be supported by neuro and circulatory systems, plus some muscles too. So if you want it to work better, then change habits.
Third, some strong phimosis can probably affect erection. Whole process is quite complex and does that affect of not is up to you to check. Erection starts with neuro signal when we have one of three stimulations (physical, visual or emotional, it’s how much we like situation itself). For each person each source of stimulation affects with different degree, in some cases people can have very extreme disproportion when they can’t get erect with physical stimulation, but easily get from visual or otherwise. That signal sends special component with blood which is grabbed by arteries and makes them expend, what allows more blood to flow in. Viagra is basically pill with same components, when people don’t trigger signal or have some body problem with production or delivery, it allows them to compensate and go to the next step of erection. In many cases such problem can be repaired and depends on person if he is ready to change something in lifestyle. After higher amount of blood comes inside penis, it makes penis expansion, flows through capillaries and then returns back via veins. It’s second step which makes penis half erect. After that expended penis stars to push on veins and make them narrower, what partially blocks outflow and whole penis becomes hard. There are few places where something can go wrong. If veins don’t have much of resistance, it makes blood to flow out and penis stays in half erect state. The way to resolve it is to improve circulatory system and just push even more blood inside (for example with kegel exercise). Another possible problem is if we constrict bloodflow somehow outside. For example, proper way to do clamp is to slightly to tighten around the penis. Such way we constrict only veins which lay on outer side of penis. If we push too much, it’s going to push on arteries which lay inside and it’s going to prevent blood from coming in. Especially when we do clamp around the root of penis. Phymosis can have similar effect, but only when it constricts blood someone on the shaft. It shouldn’t affect in any other way, because in most cases skin is quite elastic and if phimosis near glans doesn’t let penis to prolongate then it’s simple about skin stretching across whole shaft and near root to let it prolongate further.
So you need to check what actually makes your erection weaker. Do you have proper stimulation, do you have some constriction or if everything looks fine, but you still don’t have rigid erection then simply to press with side of thumb on special point to restrict a bit veins outflow and see if it makes some difference. Main veins lay at the middle of top side and come across whole penis from glans to the base. You need to press near the base. Some actions naturally do that, for example, if you point your dick up, it usually makes some tension in that area. But effect is much weaker, than manual restriction.
