I know there has been some posts about head only pumping with various pumps either designed specifically for it or modified. I am wondering if any vac hangers out there have ever used a large vac cup to just expand into and wear around for some head growth?

I have the 2,3,4 size total man caps and I usually hang with the 2 or 3. When I hang with the 3 I notice my head comes out a little bigger than it normally is and stays that way for a while. I have very briefly used the number 4 cap just to see if I could pack it and lo and behold, i definitely can. But would it be safe/productive to just wear it around for like an hour or so per day? I mean there is no weight on it so I shouldn’t blister.

I may try it out, maybe during my first decon which is coming up in a week and a half. My wife loves my head already, but if I can make it even more pronounced it’s definitely going to drive her crazy.

Do you tape your glans when you do this?

I wasn’t planning on it. I was just going to put something over the vacuum port hole.

I do tape when I’m hanging. But I don’t see why I would need to since I’m not adding any weight.

Just curious. I’ve noticed when I vac hang and tape that taping compresses my glans and I get no glans expansion at all. I’m assuming that not taping would allow expansion.

I had this same idea. I also have the total man vacuum hanging set. I’m afraid I would get a blister though packing the largest vacuum cup with the glands, so I haven’t experimented with this in my routine.

I think I’ll try it out though and report back here with any progress. But I am currently doing another routine consisting of full package pumping, clamping, and jelqing, so that might have an effect on the results.

I’m thinking of trying to pack the largest vacuum cup with the glands and leaving it packed for five minute long sets and making sure to watch out for blisters. Will report back maybe in mid may with results.

I’ve been thinking about doing this as well. My plan was to use the #4 cup and apply the tape to the entire inside surface of the cup itself. This would allow for full glans expansion and prevent skin sticking to the cup or getting sucked up into the vacuum hole. Seems like it could work.

It doesn’t always get the whole glans inside it.
It definitely does make the glans swell for a good while, for sure.

Might work better with other brands of vac hangers. IDK.

Not just sure i will try it know as i’m hanging and don’t want to be overtraining.

Being just between cap#2(with lot of lube) and #3 (pressure to fill and avoid blisters).
I noticed that my head swell alot in cap#3 and my flaccid is plumped for hours.

I’m not sure that we could apply heat and even if it’s necessary given the glans composition.
The other adverse thing i was looking at was the bate shape effect depending en glans length.

I use a TM cup that’s a little too big for this very reason. I just have the one strip of tape that goes from just behind the top of the glans, over the urethra, and down the frenulum. I get hard before I tape so it doesn’t constrict the glans, also allows a better initial seal. I also cut out a kind of custom cock ring out of leftover silicone tubing that sits behind the glans with a bit of a shaped triangle that pops up underneath to cover the frenulum. It’s about 1cm thick on top and shaped to be about 2cm over the frenulum. This prevents any potential edema and also helps with seal.

Haven’t really measured but I’ve had no blisters doing 5x65 min sets a week and the head definitely comes out of the cup looking fuller. Whether these gains turn out to be permanent I don’t know but I figure it’s dot doing any harm and may help with head size.
