Vacuum Pumping 101

Yeah, got it finally. Don’t worry, if the package is lost, they will reship it at no charge. Regular AirMail sucks, no tracking online, nothing. It would be great if they ship the orders out via Express Mail, it’s a bit more expensively, but much more reliable.

By the way, a guy from the Russian PE board ordered there. His order, made up at $364.75, had been shipped out via USPS Express Mail (possibly, as a bonus for the good order). It took nothing but one week to get it in Moscow.

Good to hear they don’t make a hassle over reshipping. That’s what a feared for a moment since I’ve as good as written off my order arriving. I’ll give it a few more days though, but will contact them on Monday if the order still hasn’t made its way here by then. That would make it four weeks of waiting. Thing is that I wanted to select Express Mail but the only shipping option I was given was Worldwide Shipping. Anyways, I hope that whoever got my package is happy with it. lol

Wait, there’s a Russian PE board? Can you post a link? (It shouldn’t have porn links.) I wouldn’t understand a thing, but it would be fun to see this subject discussed in cyrillic.

I guess, sooner or later, these numerous lost packages will force them to ship orders only express mail… There’s not big difference in cost between regular airmail and mail express, around ten bucks, as far as I know.

Wow Mad Dog I am glad that your package finally arrived,as you have mad mention LAPDIST are very helpful.In light of what you have mentioned I am thinking of writing them an e-mail as I agree with you view pertaining to using the express mail option. So how’s it going?

Arrived last Friday, to my surprise I should say.

Tried it out and wow!! What a feeling. :)

Three days of pumping and I realised it will be a challenge to stick to the routine that I settled on: 2 sessions of 10 min at no higher than 5hg, and 10 min of jelqing with the homemade power jelq device after each pumping session. Very tempting to go beyond 5hg, I’ve already been foolish enough to go to 10hg a few times, to no ill effect though. And since the pumping feels so good it’s tempting to add an extra session. But I decided, after re-reading some of the advice in this thread, that all that has to stop. Fun to try out, but in the short and long run most likely counter productive, and potentially dangerous. So from now on a gradual build up of time in the cylinder, and stay at 5hg or below.

As to myself, I’ve been pumping for not so long so far. But already noticed some expansion, especially in girth. I’m trying to adhere to Avocet’s suggestions on pumping, and now I do two ten-minute sets at 5-7” Hg (the pressure I use is different every time and depends on feelings) and jelqing for ten-fifteen minutes between them. I’m trying to avoid painful sensation, however, as you have said, it’s very attractive to add more pressure. I reached 12” Hg once; big blister around the glans was the result.

Pumping for me has ended . I have tried everything and i always get bruised . I seem to be way to sensitive to pressure…even at low levels. I´m very disappointed. Guess I will focus now on manual stretching and jelqing and do my best there in order to reach my goals. This is a sad day. :(

But who knows? Maybe the manual exercises will condition your unit to the point where you eventually can take up pumping without ill side effects!
