Here is my routine I gained about an inch and a half in about 9 months of starting this new routine.
I warm the penis for about 10-20 minutes
I jelqe for 10-20 minutes
I pump with low pressures for 3-5 minutes release and repeat for about 45 minutes - 1 hour or more if I feel like pumping for longer
I warm the penis for about 10-20 minutes
I repeat the routine a second and third time if I feel like doing my workout longer.
I recently heard of a different type of exercise that I do now which involves gripping the penis at the head and locking all the blood in the penis and then you push all the blood toward the head of the penis and hold it for a minute or two and then release your grip and shake the penis around for about 20 seconds and repeat this for 20-30 minutes. I will call this exercise penile chamber enlarger
My routine now is
